Rose eventually pulled away eye's fading back to there normal color. She stared at him for a moment. 'Sorry." she mumbled.

"It would suck. I would be all alone again and you would still be with him." Zero growled softly.

Kanamegently held his neck."Its fine,as long as you feel better"

Yukina gently sqweezed his hand."but your not alone and im not wit him,so lets be happy about that"

"I'm ecstatic about this." Zero grinned. "I get to hang out with you again. Though it sucks that my brother is with them." he sighed a little.

"I'll never be alright again." Rose pouted and got off of him flopping back onto the ground with a sigh.

Yukina smiled a bit."well figure out whats going on zERO,I PROMISE..."

Kaname smield a bit."sure you will. It'll just take time"

"How? All my life I thought I was a normal human who protected humans from vampires. Know I find out I am a vampire." Rose turned away from him scowling.

"I know we well. We make a great team." Zero squeezed her hand.

Yukina blushed softly."th-that we do..."

Kaname sighed and then suddenly picked her up throwing her over his shoulder."come on..."

Rose yelped and sputtered in surprise. "Put me down!" she ordered wiggling against his shoulder trying to get free a blush somehow forming over her cheeks.

Zero dropped her off at the girls dorm. ''Good night Yukina." he kissed her hand before he headed to his dorm.

Yukina blushed deeply as he kissed her hand and waved to him before heading for her room,part of her wishing she coudl go wit him instead.

Kanem sighed."for now its safer if you stay with me...."

Zero flopped onto his face feeling conflicted and it took him forever to fall asleep.

"But..." Rose trailed off. "I can't go back to my room?"

Kanme sighed."not until i know you have that hunger under cntrol.what if you hurt Yukina by accident ?

Rose paled and swallowed. "I would hate that." she relaxed against him wishing that the day had never happened.

Kaname looked to her."it will be okay",he said softly

"It doesn't feel that way." Rose sighed softly. "Maybe it will some day."

Kaname nodded."IT WILL I PROMISE"

"I don't believe you right know." Rose pouted. "I will some day." she sighed.

Kaname smiled softly."good",he said and once in his room set her on his bed."sleep,i'll take the couch"

"Alright." Rose settled in. "Thank you Kaname." she drifted off with a sigh.

Zero woke the next morning with a groan and went to wait for Yuki outside the girls dorm.

Kaname nodded and once she was aslep,went to the couch and fell asleep



Yukina yawmed a she came out of the dorms finishing braiding her hair.She really should cut it.Then sniled."moing Zero"

"Morning....where's Rose?" Zero frowned he hadn't seen the girl come out of the dorm. "Do you think she's in class already?"

Yukina frowned.'shes not in the room,she uh...spent the night with Kaname,he sent a letter saying not to worry....oh and thats shes a vampire now andhes going to get her hunger under control fisrt before he lets her come back to te day class"

"She's a vampire..." Zero trailed off. "Somewhere there's a pig taking off in flight. I never thought I would like a vampire or feel bad for one but she's still Rose."

Yukina smiled sqweezeing his hand."just as you are still Zero"

"This just gets better and better." Zero grimaced. "Headmaster is going to lose his mind when he finds out what happened to Rose."

Yukina frowned."yeah...",she said softly."should we go check on her"

"If you want to." Zero smiled at her. "We can do it know the headmaster wouldn't mind if we are late to class or we could wait until night fall."
