"What!?" Aurora gasped. "How? she gripped Steve's hand hard biting her lower lip.

"Fury is dead?" Thor couldn't believe it.

Pi\eirse nodded."he was killed by a man known only as the winter soilder,Furry was on his way here when he was attacked"

"Oh God." Aurora sniffled a little. "That's terrible." she shivered. "What know?" she looked at the others.

Peirce sighed."the avengers,for now,is shut down,you will all be reasined...those who are shield agents,those who are not will be asked to leave for a little while",he eyes Thor."just for a month,until things are sorted out"

Steve frowned,not likeing the idea but,they had no choice at the moment.

"Alright." Aurora frowned glancing at Clint and Nat who were Shield agents. "I guess we get to hang out here or go home." she shrugged a little.

Thor frowned softly. "I would like to stay on Earth. I enjoy it here."

Peirse looked to Thor."and i would like world peace...but for now,you have to go,there are,people,who need to streighten thingsout....so you must leave',he said calmly."but i give you my world ,you can return in 30 days"

Steve looekd to her.'we could go back to new york",he saidsoftly

Thor looked to Jess. "Will you come with me?" he asked her with a soft smile.

"That's sounds good to me." Aurora really liked the idea of going with him.

Steve nodded."good',he said keeping her close.

Jess blinked a bit shocked at his request,then before she could answer...

Peirce frowned."im afraid th trip to another world withh have to wait,Jessica,yor needed for questioning...I know Furry asked you to help on a few things,but there are some ,things you need to answer',HE TURNED TO Aurora.and ,we may eed to talk to you as well,so i advise you do stay with Mr.Rogers"

"Then I will wait for Jess." Thor blinked at Pierce. "The tower is also my home. I'll stay there."

"Understood sir." Aurora nodded not that she had been planning on being anywhere but with Steve but she wasn't going to tell that to Pierce. "Thor can stay at the tower. He won't be in the way."

Pierce gave a huff."i was trying to do this nicely",he nodded to Rumblow who stepped fprward and cuffed Jess."Jessica you are wanted for the consperisey to commit murder against Nick Furry"

Jess looked shocked and looked to the cuffs."wh-what?!"

Steve frowned."theres no way she would do that!"

Pierce handed Steve a folder."here is all teh evidence we need, once we have things sorted out we'll contact you",he said as Rumblow marched Jess to the hummer.He looked to Thor."you may be in for a long wait"

"But Jess has been with us." Aurora stared at Pierce. "Why would Fury let her join the team? He would have know what she was up to. Right?" She didn't think Jess was faking the shock.

"You surely have the wrong person." Thor frowned taking Aurora's side.

"open the file",Pierce said to Steve.With that he turned and ebeterd the hummer with Rumblow and then drove off.

Steve frowned and tor open the file,and pulled out photo's and frowned seeing Jess with the winter soilder.Steve shook his head.'smethinsg not right.....",he said softly.Though asfar as he knew,there was no way to fake photos

"They must be altered." Aurora insisted. "Right?" She glanced at Nat who looked as confused as they did.

Steve looked to Aurora.'someone can do tht...okay so how do we find out of it was altered',he looked to Thor."Thor,please don't go trying to bust her out...not yet..."

Thor had indeed been thinking of doing just that and grumbled at Steve.

"I'll need a computer." Aurora wondered inside and hooked up the computer. Tony helped her by putting Jarvis in the system for the moment. "Ok first the easy way." she held the picture up inspecting it for anything out of place. "nothing the eye can see." she scanned it into the computer and began to investigate further.

Steve looked to Thor."believe me if it were Aurora I would want to do the same thing but we have to be careful",he said and started for the house.

The computer would indeed show that the photo was faked.

"I told you!" Aurora grinned. "We have to show this to Pierce. Someone in the department isn't doing there job." She printed everything out and turned to Thor and Steve.

Thor frowned. "Should they have not checked this out themselves and how did they get a picture of this man?"

Aurora blinked. "That's right. The Winter Soldier is a ghost story to most of the agency. How on earth did they manage to get a picture of him?" She frowned in thought.

Steve frowned.'something isn't right",he said and blinked hearing a sound of a et,he stepped out into the porch and paled seeing a fighter jet heading for them guns drawn.'everybody out!"

Aurora shoved the computer and her evidence into a bag and bolted for the other door the other right behind her. She tripped right in the middle of the lawn protecting the computer as her only thought.

Steve was the lst out and then seeing Aurora trip,he knew that they wouldnt have time to keep going,glad he had grabbed his Shield he ran to her and hutteled over her and placed the shield over them as the jest began to fire ,the house explosed ,sending debree everywhere.

Aurora cringed shrinking close to Steve pulling the bag closer. There was only two groups around Hydra and Shield. They had been so careful she couldn't imagine Hydra finding them but that left one option she wasn't willing to accept.

Steve took a breath when things quited down."you okay?",he asked ehr softly

"I'm alright." Aurora smiled at them.

Thor come over. "Who did this?" he asked frowning checking to make sure they where alright.

Steve smiled and kissed her cheek."good',he carefult got up and looked to Thor."the jets belonged to S.H.I.E.L.D",he said softly."i saw the crest on the side",he looked up."the'll be coming back around ..."

"But you?" Aurora chocked a little. "We need to get out of here." she rubbed her cheeks getting the tears off. "We can regroup and figure this out."

"Where would we go though?" Thor frowned.
