Aurora grunted and groaned. "Nailed it." she laughed.

Thor blinked and flinched. "You alright?" he asked Jess.

Steve gave a half laugh."y-yeah",he said looking to her."ou okay?"

"Never better." Aurora unbuckled. "We need a game plan Cap." she smiled at him.

"Good." Thor let go so she could sit up.

Steve nodded."right",he said carefully getting out and looked around."its quite"

Jess smiled at him."you okay?",she asked Tor as she carfully got up and frowned hearing Steve."thats not good"

"I'm fine." Thor assured her joining Steve

"It's also dark." Aurora frowned then yelped as the lights in the jest blew. 'Ok not creepy at all." she blinked. She spotted Zemo with the president and cursed. "We need to move."

Steve took a breath and nodded.'right",he said and started heading for them.

Jess smiled as the lights went out."just liek a horor movie",she then blinked hearing Aurora and nodded."ill try and cut them off",she said heading down a alley way

A man with a blank look on his face stumbled into her way.

"Be carefully his moon stone can do a lot." Aurora headed after Steve a faint glow of fire wrapping around her body.

Jess nodded."ill keep that in mind",she said staring at the man.'zombie,or just the silent evil type",she asked getting ready to fight

Steve ran and then with a nod to himself sent his shield flying towards Zemo

"Most likely he's being mind controlled." Aurora sighed. "Try to go easy with them." she attacked using her hands instead of her powers.

Zemo dodged and turned towards Steve. "Ah Captain America just in time." he smirked and used his helmet to bring the shield back to him. "Thank you for the gift." he chuckled.

Steve starred.'perfect",he said and ran after him again.

Jess frowned."east....right",she said being careful and kicked the guy in the stomach

Zemo tossed Steve's shield at him using his powers to lift the president out of the way. "It would be a shame if he dropped." Zemo smirked.

Aurora stood the panting. "Does he have all of D.C. under control?"

"Looks like it",jess huffed then yelped when someone kicked her down.

Steve caught the hield and frowned."dont hurt him,but tell me what you wnat"

"To control this place." Zemo smirked. "But the fire stone will also do but I'll settle for the person who got her powers from it." he chuckled.

Aurora punched the person and helped Jess up. "This is annoying."

Steve frowned."your not getting your hands on Aurora"

Jess nodded."yeah",she grumbeled."wish we could free them",she sai gripping her fist ,then a blue aura came from them

"We'll see about that." Zemo dropped the president who yelled as he headed for the ground. Thor caught him and placed him down gentle frowning when he noticed Zemo had vanished.

"Cool." Aurora grinned then shivered. "There's a bad guy behind me isn't there?"

Jess turned to her."yeeap,crazy guy",she said releaseing her fist and the blew aura shot out and hit a few of the people who had ben under cintrol,there eyes tured blue,then they blinked and they seemed to be free.

Steve frowned."Thor stay with him",he satarted to run with the girl full speed

Aurora turned around her flames shooting out. Her fire stopped short as he lifted her off the ground making her yelp. The freed people took one look around before racing off screaming.

Jess stared at her hand confused."thats new",she then werled around and frowned."leave her lone",she yelled and charged at Zemo

Steve looked around and blinked at the people running and screaming."guess i know where they are",he said and ran towards the alley

"Another step and I'll drop her" Zemo let Aurora drop a few feet. She screeched then yelped when she stopped feeling like a doll.

Jess growled and was going to stop but she felt Steve coming,she hopped she'd time it right,if not she still had her powers she could catch he with."you wont hurt her if you need her",she then chraged a bit faster at him

"Guess your right." Zemo smirked and suddenly Aurora vanished. He lifted her up and tossed her at Steve before vanishing.

Jess's eyes widened"no!",she yelled then yelped as she was slammed into Steve,she groaned ."ow"

Steve blinked when Jess was slammed into him and they both went flying into him and they hit the floor

Thor joined them after making sure the president was all right. "Are you two OK?"

Jess sat up."..i think so",she then huffed touching a gash on her forhead that had started to bleed

Steve sat up."i thyik you hit my shield",he frowned and starred at his feet."I let her down"

"We'll get her back." Thor brushed the blood from Jess's forehead.

Aurora blinked at the small room she was in. "This isn't going to work." she frowned. "Do you remember anything before the rainforest?" Zemo asked."no." Aurora scowled. "Why?" "Don't worry I'll unlock your thoughts." Zemo grabbed her arm and she gasped as memories flashed threw her mind. She blinked at him "It can't be." Aurora stumbled away blacking out as she shuddered.
