Jess smiled as she wal;ked backwards,explaininng things too him and even buying food for him to try.

Steve smiled at her ,and once they pulled up,he carefully picked her up and headed up to his appartment,knowing Tony would not want her anywhere near him for a while

Aurora was starting to fall asleep. "I love you Steve." She mumbled yawning softly.

"There is so much to take in." Thor smiled a little. "I am glad I have you."

Jess blinked and blushed."I'm glad you have me to,that I have you, that we have eachother" ,she said blushing the more she got twist tied

Thor smiled and kissed her gentle sighing softly.

"Lets get her ice cream!" Shadow turned to Steve. "You know where the stores are and I know her favorite flavor!"

Jess blinked and smiled gently kissing him back."thank you"

Shadow lead the way until they got to the street letting him take charge.

Steve smiled heading to a corner store and started to grab one of each flavor as well as things to use for toppings.

Jess smiled to him."just for being there,and as for me helping and being patient,it really is nothing",she then smiled more."lets take a walk around central park"

"Alright." Thor let her lead the way. "This is nice. But why is there a forest in the middle of a city?"

Shadow grabbed Aurora's favorites as she went to the counter she froze eyes glazing over for a second. "NO!" she dropped the ice cream and grabbed Steve's arm racing back towards his apartment going as fast as she could.

Jess smiled to him."so those big CEO's of the world can say they like nature",she said and stopped as a small band was playing music ,people were giving them change ,there were even a few people dancing with their partners. Jess sighed softly watching the other couples dance and swayed in placing humming a little


Steve was about to pay then yelped as he was dragged out."whats going on?!"

"Would you like to dance?" Thor asked offering her his hand.

Shadow reached the apartment and broke the door open. Lux was on the floor unconscious a man was holding Aurora at knife point frowning.

Jess blushed.I..I dont know how to dance"

Steve frowned and was glad he kept his Shield by the door ,gabbing it he quickly threw it at the man

He dodged at the last second giving Shadow enough space to wiggle between him and Aurora who was crying. Shadow was staring at the man in surprise her mouth open a little. "My Lord?" she managed. Steve frowned."get away from her",he ordered

Thor took her hand and placed his other hand on her waist gently pulling her close leading her around with a smile.

Jess grinned as she danced around lauging a little."This is fun!"

Thor smiled and pulled her closer. "I am glad you are having fun." He kissed her forehead gentle.

"That is my business." Her brother smirked and sighed. "Move Shadow last warning." she just hissed at him. He rolled his eyes and gestured at her freezing her solid. "I did warn you." he smirked and smiled at Aurora. "Come now sister." Aurora shook her head fiercely. "No!"

Jess melted into him."I love you",she said softly,then blinked hearing the pager Tony gave him going off."whats that?"

Steve frowned."get away form her!",he said running full tilt at her brother

"it is Steve. He needs help." Thor glanced at the pager. "do you where this address is?" he showed her the pager.

Her brother smirked and froze his legs together. "You can not challenge me. You pathetic human."

Jess seemed a little disappointed , but knew that this was going to be part of her life now."yeah its not far from here",she looked to him."i can telaport us there",she said softly."I've been practiceing with my powers",he smiled,glad they were close and in a small flash they were at Steves place,she blinked looking at the man.She glared and sent a blast of light at him.

The man dodged with a curse. "A Asgardian and a mutant. How unlucky am I?" Aurora melted Shadow and Steve hiding behind Steve. "You have some friends." he smirked. "My little fire bug isn't the lonely little princess anymore. I'll be back for the gem." he vanished in a flash of light.

Steve sighed when he vanished."okay s who as that guy and what was all that about?",he said holding Aurora close.

Jess sighed softly."well tat was a quick fight",she frowned knowing it wouldnt be over that easyly
