Thomas smiled softly."well she REALLY like you....she may want to date you",he said thoughtfully.

Luna nodded blushing."y-yeah",she said a bit sadly

"May want to date me huh?" Deuce repeated and smiled softly. "Well that would be nice. Although I wouldn't know what to do since I've never been on a date before." Deuce explained.

Emily noticed the sad look on her friend's face and was worried. "Luna what's wrong?" she asked softly. "Did Deuce do something to upset you?" she asked.

Luna shook her head rapidly."no it...im just stupid...thats all",she said softly

Thomas smiled softly ."well ou go out for lunch or dinner,go to the movies,or do something that you know she,or you,would liek...such as going to the museum"

Emily frowned, "Luna you are not stupid. Why are you saying that?" Emily asked a bit confused and worried. "Whoever told you that you're stupid doesn't know you like we do. You are a very smart person. I know Deuce and Thomas would agree with me." she said.

"The art museum.." Deuce said and smiled. "Yes, I'll have to ask her and see if she still wants to go." he said and looked over at the girls. "Come on, let's not keep them waiting." Deuce suggested.

Luna was blushing more .'noo one called me that,im stupid,i just met Deuce and im crushing on him so bd...but he probabbly only sees me as a friend...or just as plain old little Luna..."

Thomas smiled."sound s like a plan",he said and nodded heading for the table

"Oh Luna, you shouldn't beat yourself over something you don't know. I think Deuce really likes you. Have you seen the way he looks at you?" Emily asked and looked up when she saw Thomas and Deuce approaching the table.

Deuce followed Thomas to the table and took his seat then looked over at Luna. "Is everything okay?" he asked her quietly. She did seem a little upset right now and he wondered why.

Luna was doubtful but pushed it aside when the boys joined them.'yes enerythings fine",she said smiling brightly.

Thomas smiled sliding in beside eMILY."CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DESERT"

"What did you want for desert?" Emily asked Thomas as she picked up the menu and opened it to the deserts page.

Deuce frowned, he didn't believe her but he wasn't going to push it any further. "I was wondering if maybe...if you wanted to go to the museum sometime?" he asked her.

"Cheese cake",Thomas said happily

Luna blinked a bit.And smiled.'sure solds lie fun...since the last time we tried it didnt go over well"

Emily giggled and nodded. Her uncle then approached the table, "What dessert would you each like?" he asked. "Thomas wants some cheesecake and I would like some gelato." Emily answered. "Alright. And what about you two?" he asked Luna and Deuce.

"I know and I'm sorry for that." he answered and looked up when Emily's uncle showed up. "Oh...c-could I have some apple pie please?" Deuce asked and then looked at Luna.

Thomas smiled. "You'll love the apple pie Deuce"

Luna smiled."chocolate cake please"

Emily's uncle wrote down their orders and then left to go and get them their desserts. "Thomas is right, the apple pie is really good!" Emily said honestly.

Deuce chuckled. "Well I look forward to it. When I was a kid, I man a child my mom used to make apple pie every Sunday after church. So I've always loved it." Deuce said, finally sharing something about his past life.

Thomas smiled."oh?",he asked softly."thats nice"

Luna smiled and ndded."yeah that does sound nice"

Deuce frowned slightly, "Yes....it was nice while it lasted. After the incident..well things changed." he informed.

"What do you mean things changed?" Emily asked and smiled at her uncle who arrived with everyone's desserts. "Here you go, enjoy." he said before leaving.

Thomas smield."thanks",he then looked to Deuce.'you mean when you hd gotten bitten?",he asked sadly

Luna was looking at Deuce sadly,though thaned Emilys unckle for the cake

Deuce took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Yes." he said softly and took a bite of the apple pie. His past wasn't something Deuce ever talked about, he didn't see why anyone would ever want to know who he was before he was bitten.

Emily frowned when she heard Deuce, she could tell he didn't like to think about the past so much. "I'm sorry Deuce. But you can't let that run your life right?" Emily asked softly as she took a bite of her gelato.

Luna blushed and carefuly rested her head on his shoder."besides ,you have us who will be there for you no mader what:

Thmas smiled."yes,and besides,i dont have the best of past,but i learn form it,and cherish the good memoriesi have of it"

"I don't think it's running my life." Deuce started and smiled. "It's a completely new life I have that I am slowly getting used to. You would think I'm used to it by now but I guess not." he said and laughed softly. "I apologize for worrying you guys." he said and looked down at Luna who was resting her head on his shoulder.

Emily smiled, "Thomas and Luna are right. We're going to be here for you no matter what. We're all friends and friends always stick together!" she said happily. "The past is the past yes, but let us not forget it is the past that made us who were are now." Emily commented.

Luna smiled."its okay Duece,i like worrying about you"

Thomas smiled softly watching Luna,Deuce was good for he.sINCE MEETING HIM SHE HAD STARTED TO BECOME HER OLD SELF AGAIN...BEOFRE SDHE SA HER PARENTS DIE,AND BEFORE SHE STOPPED TALKING.he hopped that Deuce woud stick around for luna

Deuce blushed softly and smiled warmly at all three of them. "You guys really are great friends you know." he said and took another bite of the pie. "This is really very good!" Deuce commented.

"You're a great friend too Deuce!" Emily informed and giggled as she ate her Gelato happily. When Deuce complimented the apple pie, she grinned. "I'm glad you like it Deuce." she said happily.

Luna smiled."yes,great friends who know their food",she tried not to sigh about being called a friend,then removed herself from his arm and started to eat her cake happily.

Thomas smiled."yeah,were glad to have you as part of our group",he said happily.

Deuce finished up the slice of pie he had ordered and knew something was up with Luna. He looked at her and took her hand. "You and I need to talk...now." he said seriously and looked at both Emily and Thomas. "Excuse us for just a moment." he said and took out his wallet then placed some money on the table and pulled Luna out of there with him. When they were outside he lt go of her hand and stared at her. "What is wrong with you?" he asked and crossed his arms across his chest. "I don't want you to say that you're fine because you obviously aren't. You've been acting strange today, what's up?" he asked.

Emily blinked when Deuce stood up. "Oh..okay." she said and was confused when he left money on the table. "H-hey!" she called but he was already heading out the door. "Frowning, she took the money and looked at Thomas. "Do you think he's okay?" Emily asked.

Thomas blinked as he bit on his cheese cake and watched Deuce drag Luna out.He blinked abit more."oh...he's fine...",he said grinning."hes probably just worried about Luna,shes been acting strange today...",he said and looked to Emily."she lieks Duece a lot... doesnt she?"

Yukian had gave a cute pout whe she was pulled away from her cake.Then was confused when Deuce dragged her outside.Then hearung his question her face heated up."n-nothings wrong Deuce.....",she said shyly.

"They both really like each other. I just don't think they have figured it out yet." Emily answered and smiled at Thomas. "I guess we really shouldn't worry so much. I'm sure they'll both be okay. They just maybe do need to talk about stuff." Emily explained honestly.

Deuce sighed, "Don't lie to me Luna. I know something is wrong and I want to know what it is. If you don't want to tell me then just tell me that." Deuce said seriously.

Luna frowned."bu-0but really theres nothing...i just....ugh!",she seemed flustered and turned and started walking,not knowing how to tell him that she liked him...a lot.
