"You don't make me uncomfortable Thomas, I promise." Emily whispered and yawned quietly as she lay in bed beside him. Emily kissed his cheek and curled up beside him, "Goodnight Thomas." she whispered before falling to sleep.

Thomas blinked and smiled hugging her close.'night",he said and closed his eyes

The next morning, Deuce woke up and winced as he removed himself from the bed and started ti walk to the kitchen to make himself some coffee. His body was hurting so bad though but he couldn't just lay in bed all the time. He needed to walk every now and then.

When he got to the kitchen Luna was already up,in her pjs,and was working on making them breakfats and coffee,she hummoed a little ,so focused she didnt here him come in

Deuce noticed coffee was already being made and looked at Luna who was too busy cooking to noticed that he was out of bed. He smirked and decided to see how long it would take before she noticed and sent him back to bed.

Emily had woken up early and had taken a quick shower before getting dressed for work then made a quick breakfast for herself and for Thomas. She had told her aunt and Uncle that she'd be at work a little late today.

Luna turned to plce the food onto a tray and yelped seeing Deuce standing there."hey! get back to bed!",she scolded,though it was cute coming from her.

Thoms sighed softly waking up."that was a good sleep"

Deuce chuckled and then smirked. "What will you do if I don't want to go back to bed?" he asked and stuck out his tongue, jokingly. "Come on Luna, I'm fine." he assured.

Getting the breakfast all done, Emily served it on two plates and carried the plates up to her room careful not to drop anything. When she walked into her room, she smiled seeing that Thomas was awake. "G-good morning Thomas. How did you sleep?" she asked him nervously.

Luna frowned."Deuce please go back to bed and rest,even if you just stau in bed fo today,then tomorrow you can wak\lk around the housea bit",shesaid going over to him and felt tears come to her eyes."because i want to help you ,this si my fault what you had to go through,you can say its not but it is",she siad looking down and sniffeled."please let me do this for you"

Thomas smield.'i dlept like a rock",hesaid happily.'what about you?you didn't have to m,ke breakfast,i could have done that"

When he saw that she started to cry, Deuce sighed. "Alright, just stop crying Luna." he said and gently wiped away her tears before kissing her cheek. "I'll go back to bed now." he said and headed back up the stairs to her room where he lay back down in the bed.

"I had a very nice sleep." Emily answered and chuckled as she handed over his plate of food. "I know, but you were sleeping and I didn't want to wake you up so I thought I'd surprise you." she explained.

Luna waited until he was gone up to the bedroom and gave a smirk.Feeling very proud of hersle.She really should try acting.Though she would never forgive herse;f for ccasueing so much trouble for Deuce...so she was going to work hard and take care of him.Smiing she grabbe the tray of food and his coffee,along with lsugar,cream or milk,whattever he prefered.She then headed up and smiled to him softly."thank you Deuce for going back to bed",shee said shyly and then set the tray down.


Thomas smiled and leaned over kissing her cheek.'thank you love',he said softly

Deuce opened one grey eye and stared at her as she set the tray down. "I am sorry for getting up, I'll stay in bed now I promise." he promised and yawned. His sensitive picked up all the different smells and he turned to really look at what she had brought. "Are you going to eat?" he asked her.

Emily blushed, "You're welcome." she answered and kissed his cheek. "Do you want anything to drink? I can go get it for you." she said softly.

Luna smiled softly at him.'good!",she said softly then nodded."yep i just have to go an get my tray,ill be back",she said and headed back down the stairs.

Thomas blushed."do you have chocolate mil?",he asked,feeling a like a kid

When she left, Deuce winced as he moved over to the tray and began to prepare himself some coffee. Coffee had to be his favorite thing to drink...well that and plain milk.

Emily smiled and nodded. "I'll go get you a glass." she said and quickly left back to the kitchen where she poured two glasses of milk and in one, she poured chocolate syrup and in the other strawberry syrup. Carefully, she made sure to mix it well before walking back to her room and handing him the glass of chocolate milk.

Thomas blinked but smiled happily."thank you1",he said exsited

Luna soon came back and hummed a little."hope you like the food',she said sitting cross legged on the edge of the bed

Emily smiled and began to eat her breakfast quietly before thinking of something. "Are you going to visit Luna while I'm at work?" Emily asked.

Deuce yawned, making a whining noise just like a dog does before drinking his coffee in silence. "I'm sure I will, thank-you." he whispered and rubbed his forehead.

Luce gave a grin."nope,im going to apply for a job with you at the resturant",he said softly."besides,some alone time will Deuce some good"

Luna smiled softly at hm.His yawn was cute."you okay?",she asked seeing him run\b his forhead

Emily was surprised but smiled. "You really want to work with me? Well I'm sure my auntie and uncle will give you a job there. We could always use the help you know. Thank-you for wanting to work there." she said and blushed after kissing his cheek.

Deuce was enjoying his breakfast and nodded at her question. He was fine, still in pain but he'd be okay. He just needed to make sure he got plenty of rest and didn't push himself too much.

Thomas blushed softly but smiled softly."anytime. you know i love to be there"

Luna smiled relaved."good",she said mucing again

Emily blushed and looked at the food. "Well I can't wait to work with you Thomas, it will be fun." she said and then looked at the clock. "We should leave soon." she suggested.

Deuce continued eating until he had finished. "I will wash the dishes." he said to Luna quietly.

Luna had finished too and stood.'nope,your to rest",he said kissing his forhead and gently taking his plate.

Thomas blinked loking up."alright",he said getting up

Deuce yawned softly again when she was gone and poured himself some more coffee. He drank his coffee easily and waited for her to return. He wondered what her friends were doing but he didn't smell anything out of the ordinary.

Emily took their dishes to the sink and washed them carefully before drying her hands. "Alright, let's get going." she said softly.

Emily hugged his arm and walked with him towards the cafe where she worked. It looked to be very busy but her aunt and uncle seemed to have it all under control.

"No...no I'm okay really." Deuce said and stared at the ceiling. "So...what are you going to do while I'm in bed?" he asked curiously.

Thomas smiled."well heres hopeing they'll hire me"

Luna grinned.'spend time wuth you,i have video games and bord games we can play,or we can just talk",she said looking happy
