Luna blushed deeply and then carefully wrapped her arms around his neck.Staying clsoe to him

Thomas grinned."im not picky i love anything you make"

Deuce kissed her forehead and sighed softly while holding her close. "That was very nice." he whispered and smirked.

"Oh he's a sweetheart as always. Alright then, we'll work on dinner and you two just take it easy." Emily's aunt explained as she and her husband started to work on the dinner.

Luna bluhsed."y-yeah it was",she said grinnign

Thomas smiled to Emily.'what do you want to do?"

Emily smiled at Thomas. "Come on, I want to show you something." she said to him and took his hand then led him up to her room where she reached under her bed and pulled out a photo album. "I thought I should show you who my parents were." she said quietly.

Deuce new he had to take his medicine for the pain, he probably needed new bandages but he didn't want to move right now. Plus his whole body ached and he needed his rest.

Thomas blinked a bit but smiled softly."alright"

Luna smiled a bit at him."when your ready take your medicience and i can change your bamdages"

Emily opened the photo album and chuckled. "I haven't looked through this book in such a long time. The photos of myself are so embarrassing. I was such a weird kid apparently.

"I know, I probably should take the medicine now and get some more sleep shouldn't I?" Deuce asked and grabbed his medicine then looked at her. "Could you bring me some water please?" he asked.

Luna nodded."sure and yes,you should get some more sleep",sh siad walking to teh kitchen and got him a cool glass of water.

Thomas smiled."youwere adoable"

"Thank-you." Deuce said as he took the water and then took his medicine with the water. He was a little nervous to have her remove his bandages and change them but he trusted her.

Emily smiled sadly and nodded, "Yeah I guess I was. I don't even remember much about my childhood. After they died all I remember is living here with my Aunt and Uncle." she explained quietly as she turned the page.

Luna waited until he was done and carefuly started to remove and change his bandages

Deuce blushed softly and smiled as he watched her. She would make a great nurse if she wanted to be one anyway. "What are you going to be doing while I sleep?" he asked her.

Luna blinked and smiled a little."not sure,do some house work,like sweeping or dusting,maybe read or sketch"

Deuce yawned, "Well just don't leave the house okay. I don't want anything happening to you right now that I can't really do much." he admitted.

"Do you remember anything about your parents?" she asked quietly. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to, it's ok." Emily assured. "Dinner is ready!" her aunt called out to them.

Luna blushed a bit and smiled."okay,'ll stay put"

Thomas smiled a bit.'i remember everything about my parenst,they were graet",he blinked."oh time to eat"

Deuce kissed her forehead and when she finished changing his bandages, he lay back down on the bed and closed his eyes, instantly falling to sleep. He didn't know how long he would be this way, but hopefully it wouldn't be long.

"You're lucky, that you can remember them." Emily said with a smile on her face. Hearing her aunt, she nodded at Thomas and stood up. "Let's go." she said softly and walked with him down to the kitchen where her aunt and uncle were serving the food for everyone.

Luna smiled and she sat down watching him for a birt

Thomas blinked at the food and smiled more."wow this klooks great"

"I agree, this looks so yummy auntie!" Emily agreed and took her seat at the table. "I hope you all like it and I hope it isn't too spicy." her aunt commented. "You added some spicy stuff to it?" Emily asked. "Just a tiny bit to make it even more flavorful." Her aunt explained.

Thomas dug in."taste great!!!"

"Is it really?" Emily's Aunt asked after hearing Thomas. Emily began to eat as well and smiled, "Oh it's perfect Auntie!" she agreed.

Thomas miled."your cooking is always great:"

Emily's aunt smiled, "Well aren't you just the sweetest boy." she said softly. "I'm happy that you like it so much, all of you. I was afraid it might be too spicy but I'm happy to hear that's it's not." she said happily. It was perfect, and it was obvious everyone thought so too as they continued eating.

Thomas smiled and went back to eating.This was nice,just like a family.The one he missed so much

Emily glanced at Thomas as they ate and smiled sadly. She knew this was probably hard on him, seeing here like this with her aunt and uncle. At least she had some sort of family. He didn't though, Thomas was all alone and it was heart breaking to imagine all he had been through.

Thomas sighed as he finished."that was the best"

"Oh Thomas you are too kind." her aunt said, blushing. "I'm so happy that you liked it dear. You know you are always welcome in this house." she reminded. When Emily finished, she nodded. "I agree auntie, I loved it very much. Thank-you." she said softly. "Well I'm happy to hear it deary. Your uncle and I will finish up here. Why don't you two go and take it easy before it gets late?" her aunt suggested. Emily nodded and looked at Thomas. "Come on." she said softly and walked with him outside.

Thomas smiled and stood."thank you again for dinner,and the job",he said and followed Emily out
