Thoma was waiting for the three of them outside of the caffee,he smiled seeing them."good morning"

Luna sighed softly and woke to the smell of food.She sat up when she noticd Deuce wasn't there and ran down to the kitchen

"Good morning Thomas, you're here early. That's a good sign though." Emily's uncle noted and unlocked the door before walking inside with everyone and turning the sign over so it said 'Open'. "I have a feeling that today will be a busy day." her aunt hinted and left to the kitchen to prepare. Her uncle smiled and walked over to stand behind the counter and unlock the register for the day. Emily smoothed out her uniform and started to set the chairs down.

Deuce was at work, making a lovely breakfast for Luna to give to her in bed but looked up when he heard footsteps and noticed it was her. "How much trouble am I in?" Deuce asked, turning his attention back to his cooking.

Luna pouted."a lot",she said going over to him."whatever your making smells good"

Thomas smiled and started tp help emily out."good,maybe the day will go by fast",he said softly."were going to check in on Luna and Deuce"

"Thank-you, my cooking skills are amazing aren't they?" Deuce agreed and smiled. "This is breakfast in bed for you. So go back to bed so that I can take you a lovely breakfast." he said to her kindly and quickly kissed her lips. "Am I still in a lot of trouble?" he asked with a smirk.

"Oh you are? How are they doing?" Emily's uncle asked as his wife walked out of the kitchen. "Yeah are they okay? Are they hurt?" Emily's Aunt asked worriedly.

lUNA BLUSHED A BIRT."YES...YOUR PUNISHMENT IS TO STAY IN BED WITH ME FOR A MOVIE DAY",SHE GRINNED.'JUST BE CAREFUL COMING UP THE STAIRS",she said and went back up to bed.

"Deuce is,but Luna is taking care of him so he heels up nicely",Thomas said softly

Deuce chuckled and watched her leave. "Oh dear, a movie day with a lovely lady. How dare she punish me that way." he said sarcastically to himself. When he was done making her breakfast, he set it down on a plate for her and then poured her a glass of milk then carefully headed up the stairs to her room.

"Oh dear, what happened to him?" her aunt asked and looked to her husband. "We should send him something to help him feel better soon." she said to him. He nodded and made a note of this.

Thomas,knowing he couldn't tell them the whole truth,frowned."someone was trying to attack Luna when she was walking home,he was meeting up with her and saved her,he got really ruffed up..."

Luna had a movie ready to go and was sitting in the bed happily she smiel brightly at Deuce as he came in.She wanted to stay like this,for him to stay here,but knew he proabably would rather stay in his nice wuite home in the woods

"Oh dear that poor boy. He must really care about little Luna to do what he did. Well then, we'll just have to send him some food and dessert so he can get better soon won't we?" Emily's Aunt said and smiled softly before walking back to the kitchen. It wasn't long before people started showing up and sitting down, making orders.

Deuce smiled back at her and carefully walked over to her before sitting in bed beside her and handing her over her breakfast. "Enjoy." he said to her kindly.

Thomas nodded."He really does,and Luna is slowly getting use to teh idea that someone cares that much about her an is allowed to be loved"

Luna blushed but smiled."thank you,but you know I'm supose to be giving breakfast in bed to you right?",she said cuddeling close to him

"Well I think it's nice that she's accepting that. And it's nice to know that he loves her so much, they make such a sweet couple I'm sure." her Aunt said as she walked out from the kitchen with some orders already done, making Emily grab a few of the plates to take to the right tables.

Deuce nodded, "I know." he answered simply. "You were sleeping and I didn't want to wake you up. You already do so much for me, I wanted to surprise you with something." Deuce admitted, blushing softly.

Luna smiled and kissed his cheek."thank you"

Thomas smiled."yeah",he said and then got to work right away

Deuce smiled softly and let her eat her breakfast while he just wrapped his arms around her gently. "You're welcome." he whispered softly. "Just so you know, spending a movie day with you in bed is never a punishment." Deuce commented.

Emily smiled as she continued working. She made sure to take orders and deliver orders and drinks to the customers who asked for them. Occasionally she would look over at Thomas and smile watching him work.

Luna blushed more,and smiled."Ill keep that in mind"

Thomas smiled softly as he went around serveing customers.

Deuce hit 'play' for the movie to start and happily watched it with her. He didn't really watch movies all that much, but sometimes he'd watch a movie to distract himself from any temptations he'd have. Of course, that was long ago.

"I'll get your order to you right away!" Emily said and handed her aunt the paper with the order then checked the time. Thomas was right, the day went by faster with more customers.

Luna stayed close to Deuce ."are you going to eat"

Thomas glaced at the clock as he finished up with a customer.It was already close to closeing.

Deuce sighed softly, "Eventually..." he answered quietly. He wasn't too hungry but he knew he needed to eat soon.

The work day continued to be busy like this until it was finally closing time where Emily busied herself in clearing the table and taking the dishes to the kitchen.

Luna nodded."when you get hungry,let me know"

Thomas smield as he helped clean the dishes,then started to place the chairs up.

Deuce nodded as he watched the movie. Truth was, he didn't want to eat but he needed to eat something before taking the medicine. Although he didn't like taking the medicine either.

When the place was all cleaned up, Emily helped Thomas put up the chairs and sighed when they finished, turning the sign over to 'closed'. "Let's go back home so that I can send you two with some food for Deuce." Her Aunt said to them.

Thomas gave a nod."sonds good"

Luna smield."and soon it will be time for you medicine"

"No." Deuce said simply and glanced at her. "I'm not taking it." he said and looked back to the movie, finding it very interesting.

The four of them walked over to the house where Emily's aunt and uncle prepared a delicious meaty stew and some apple pie for Deuce. "Here you are dears, I remembered he liked apple pie and everyone loves stew." her aunt said.

Luna blinked and then moved so she was blcokeing his veiw."yes you are,its helps with the pain and it will make you feel better'

Thomas smiled."he'll love it"

"I feel fine Luna." he said seriously and gently moved her head so that he could watch the movie. "That medicine makes me sleepy." Deuce added.

"We hope he does and we hope he feels better soon." her aunt said. "Don't stay out too late you two." Her uncle reminded. "We won't, we'll be back soon we promise." Emily said as she took the food.

"its supose to",Luna said wigelinga nd popped infront of his veiw again."please take it",she said softkly."if not now,when you eat"Luna said with a cute pout

Thomas smiled.'well be back before you knwo it.",eh addedand followed AEmily out

"I have to take it with food. It says so on the bottle. I just always ignored it. I didn't see why I had to take it with food. I still don't understand why.." Deuce started and gently pushed her out of the way again then paused the movie and looked at her.

"Take care!" Emily heard her uncle say as she and Thomas walked off to Luna's house. "How do you think Deuce is doing?" she asked him quietly.

Luna blinekd."well,its so it will be easyer on your stomach",she said softly.

Thomas grinned."if Luna has any say in it,nothing,hes doing absolutely nothing"
