Damen smiled and followed him."your welcome love",he said softly

Yukina blushed deeply and smiled ay him."thank you Temri"

Ryan walked with him to Yukina's room and knocked on her door before walking inside with Damen and smiling at her.

"No need to thank me." Temri said and looked at the door when he heard the knock. Seeing Ryan and Damen walk in, he frowned slightly. "You okay Ryan?" he asked.

Ryan nodded, "I'm perfectly fine." he said and looked at Yukina. "Hello! I'm happy to see you're awake. How are you feeling?" he asked.

Damen gave a gente smile as they enetered,and was reliaved to see Yukina was awake."yes,you had us worried",he frowned.He had to appologhize to her ,for that man finding her,and doing this to her.

Yukina smiled in relief seing taht Damen and Ryan were okay too.They wernt hurt."a bit drowsey,and i know i should feel worrs,but i think the IV helps",she said softly.

Ryan laughed happily and walked over to the bed to stand beside her. "Well yes, the drugs are supposed to help with the pain silly." he said and thought for a moment. "I'm going to make you a get well gift. Well I promise to try anyway." Ryan said.

Temri couldn't believe that Ryan was actually talking and laughing right now. He had been so quiet before but now it was as if nothing had happened.

Damen stayed close to the group.He smiled at Ryan,knowing that a destraction right now was a good thing.And having to ber brave to not worry Yukina was also a good thing,that way,he could help hmself at the same time

Yukina blinked at Ryan.'y-you dont have to do that",she said blushing

Temri looked at Damen and pulled him off to the side. "What's up with Ryan? He was so....quiet before and now he's talking again. What did you do?" Temri asked.

"Oh I will not let you change my mind Yukina. I will do my best to make you something and hopefully you like it when I finish it." Ryan answered and smiled. "I know I don't have to but I really want to. Besides, gifts are always nice to receive when you're in a hospital no? Especially homemade ones." Ryan commented.

Damen blinked.'we talked with a doctor,i kissed him and told him tht as scared and upset as he was,that we had to be brave for Yukina,we dindt wnat to make her worry,she too had to be relaxed...so,ho \w is she,when did she come aribd?"

Yukina blinked a bit and smiled then gently reached over and took his hand."thank you Ryan...what about you,how are you doing?",she asked softly

Temri chuckled, "Well that kiss really worked I guess. She woke up not too long ago. She was screaming though, wanted to rip out the IV and get out of bed, I had to restrain her. Poor girl was in tears but I managed to calm her down." Temri answered. "I really don't want to leave her alone again. I know he's locked up but what happens when he gets out?" Temri asked.

Ryan was surprised when Yukina took his hand. "I... umm..." he started and almost broke down but force himself to stay happy. "I'm fine really. Don't need to worry about little ol' me. You should worry about getting better so that we can spend more time together shopping!" Ryan said and grinned.

Yukina smiled and gave a gentle sqweeze of his hand."spounds like a plan,though yuurs my friend Ryan,so im going to worry about you"

"Or we could just take her to school with us." Temri suggested and nodded. "I plan on staying here until she gets better, I hope you don't mind. I can't just leave her alone, not after what happened." Temri answered honestly.

Ryan felt tears come to his eyes. Crap, he couldn't cry, not now, not in front of her. He was doing so well in keeping a straight face but it was slowly coming back, everything.

Yukina frowned.She knew what he was doing.She was ,in truth ,doing the same.Trying ti be brave."its okay Ryan",she said and carefulluy hugged him."were safe...every one is safe...."

Damen looked to him."that could work",he said and then had a gentle smile."of coures i dont mind,I bet she doesnt want to be alone either...",hesid softly

Ryan hugged her back gently and nodded. "I know...h-he's gone." Ryan whispered and smiled. "I'm okay, we're okay." he agreed.

"Thanks." Temri said with a warm smile and then looked over at Yukina who was hugging Ryan. It was clear to see that they were all very good friends.

Yukina smiled."exsactly...plus,you have Damen to protect you",she siad siftly."just as i have Temri...."

Damen smiled a bit."we should get something to eat"

"W-well yeah I know that." Ryan whispered and looked back at Damen and Temri. "Will we be able to all eat in here?" he asked.

"Yes we should." Temri said to Damen and then looked to Ryan, chuckling. "I don't see why not. You stay here with Yukina, Damen and I will go and bring some food." Temri suggested.

Damen smiled."yeah,you two just relax and we'll be back",he said and headed for the door but turned and kissed Ryansa forhead.

Yukina smiled softly at them."alright see you guys soon"

Ryan blushed and nodded. "Okay, be careful!" he said and frowned. Obviously after what had happened he was still very scared.

"We will Ryan. We'll be back very soon we promise." he said and kissed Yukina's cheek before following Damen out the door. "What do you think we should get. The two of them went through a lot today, perhaps they deserve a little surprise?" Temri asked and thought of something.

Yukina watched them go and sighed looking down."I still feel like im going to wake up and im not going to be here....i'll be at his house'

Damen blinked."sure what do you have in mind'

"Well you won't. We are not going to leave you alone like that anymore. I should have just stayed with you instead of go to work." Ryan answered.

"Something special. We can get them their favorite food. Maybe get them a get well gift too." Temri suggested. "Who doesn't like getting gifts when they're in the hospital?" he asked.

Yukina frowned."no ,this si not any of your faults...if you or the others had been there it could have been worse",she said softly.:"im glad that he was able to take it out on me and not any of you"

Damen blinkeed but smileed happily."great idea,lets go"

Ryan frowned, "I'm just happy that he didn't kill you." he whispered and looked over at the monitors that she was hooked up to. He was going to be sure to visit her everyday and keep her company while the boys were at school. Maybe he could bring his quilt from home and finish it here or work on something else.

Temri smiled and nodded. "Alright then." he said and followed Damen out of there. He remembered about the test but at this point he didn't care about his grade for it.

Yukina smiled softly at Temri."you and me both",she said softly then blinked a bit more noticeung him looking at the monitor."you okay?"

Damen smiled softly."so what to get them",he said thinking about teh ifferent resturants

Ryan snapped out of his thoughts and looked back at her. "I'm fine, I was just thinking." he answered. "I'll be keeping you company while the boys are at school. I'm sure they don't want to go to school but they have to and I'm not leaving you alone." Ryan explained.

"Do you know what Ryan likes? I think they seemed to like the Chinese food last time we had that for dinner." Temri reminded.

Damen nodded."then Chinese resturant it is",he said happily

Yukina smiled softly."id like that Ryan",she said happily

"I know I shouldn't worry so much, but do you think they'll be okay again?" Temri asked. "I mean, mentally that is." he said quietly.

"Good. I was going to visit you no matter what you said but I'm happy to know you welcome the company." he said and smiled. "We could have fun you know. I can bring you stuff so that you're not bored all the time. I can bring us snacks and something to drink too." he said.

Damen blinked and rowned."eventually...it will take time,we just have to be sure to be there for them"
