Yukina smiled softly as she looked at a blank canvas."I use to love painting"s,eh said softly.

Blinking Damen stood with his dishes and smirked a bit."nope",he said happily

Ryan focused on washing the dishes and smiled nervously. "Y-you're cute..." he whispered hoping that Damen wouldn't hear him. Finishing up, he walked over to Damen and took the dishes from him then walked back to the sink and started to wash those too.

"You could paint right now if you'd like. Or we can come back after I show you the library." Temri suggested. He didn't know she could paint, he could see both of them painting together here.

dAMEN BLIKED HAVING HEARD HIM BUT SMILED WATCHING HIM TAKE HIS DISHES. "Thanks,your good looking as well",he said grinning abit more.

Yukina looked to him and smiled softly."sure,sounds like a plan",she said seeming exsited to see the Library.

Ryan almost dropped a plate when he heard Damen. "You don't mean that." he said after drying his hands. "W-we should get to work. On the quilt that is." he said softly.

Temri smiled and nodded as he led her over to the large library and opened the door for her. "This is the library." he said softly and smiled. "Sometimes I get good ideas for paintings from things I read here." he commented softly.

Yukina looked even more shocked."this is amazing",she said going ina and looked beyoned happy at all the books.She really couldnt stop smiling.


Damen frowned."I dont say things I don't mean Ryan",he blinked."oh sure thing",he said heading for the living room,where he had placed the books he ahd loaned form the town library.

Temri has happy to see Yukina so happy. "I am guessing you love reading books?" he asked and walked over to stand beside her.

He felt bad for making Damen frown and quickly walked into the living room. "I..I'm sorry Damen. I d-didn't mean to make you upset. I'm j-just not used to being complimented on anything other than my quilts." he explained and sighed.

Yukina looked to Temri and nodded."yes,reading for me is ,was,an escape....",she said softly.


Damen blinked but smiled."no its fine...',he said softly.,'i know what you mena...."

Temri nodded. "I know what you mean. Reading can be fun, although it can also be boring apparently." he said with a shrug of his shoulders. "What books do you prefer to read?" he asked curiously as he looked through the books.

Ryan raised an eyebrow. "You don't get complimented on anything other than your cooking skills don't you?" he asked and frowned. "Well then, I'll make it my mission to change that." he said and smiled softly.

Yukina smiled."manga...."

Damen gave a hot smirk."better be careful ,talk like that and I'll wnat you all to myself"

Temri smiled, "Those are always so addictive to read aren't they?" he asked. He hadn't read any sort of book in a long time, mostly because he was always busy drawing.

Ryan chuckled as he looked at the books. "You make it sound like that's a bad thing." he said and looked over at Damen. Heck, if Damen wanted him all to himself, Ryan wasn't going to fight. "Would you prefer I stop talking to you like that?" he asked softly. "I don't want to upset you or anything." he added.

Yukina nodded."yeah they are",she said softly.

Damen smirked at him."you can talk to me any way you want",he said softly

Did you ever have a favorite book?" Temri asked her, looking over at her and running his hands through his pink hair.

"Oh really? Any way I want?" Ryan asked and blushed brightly. At this rate they weren't going to get anything done. They were probably going to continue talking to each other and at the end of the day, Ryan would be a blushing mess.

Yukina grinned."yeah a series called black cat!"

Damen smirked."yeah,any way you want",he said leanig intowards him

Ryan blushed, "You're cute and your smirks only add to your cute factor. I fear that if we don't focus on the quilt we'll end up focusing on something else." he said honestly.

"Sounds very interesting. What was it about?" he asked her as he lay down on the carpet and looked up at her with a smile on his face.

Damen blinked a bit grinning more though.'oh what else would there be to focus on?",he asked softly.

Yukina sat beside him,looking down tro him."about a killer assasin ,who turns his life ariound,afy=ter meeting a girl,who he cares for,but somne kills her bcause she changed him ,while he wants revenge,he wants to do it the right way...."

Ryan fidgeted with his fingers slightly. "I think you know very well what I'm talking about." he answered. Was Damen just toying with him right now? Was this all he really wanted? To watch Ryan fidget in embarrassment in front of him?

Temri frowned, "Oh no..." he said and groaned. "Oh man that's horrible! Poor guy! Finally found love and it was taken from him. Wow, if that ever happened to me I'd kill the person responsible and do my time. That...that sounds like an emotionally deep manga." he confessed and looked up at her.

"it wasnt so much a love,as a great friendship",she siad softly."its all good though,the anime is just as goo mind you",Yukina said carefully laying down beside him."I don't know wht real love is,so i cnat say what id do"

Damensmiled."i know ,so wht would be so bad about that?"

Temri thought for a moment. "Well love is like a very special friendship or bond you have with a specific person. For example, a best friend. I love my best friend Damen, not in the romantic way though...but I love him and if someone were to hurt him I would hurt them back twice as bad." Temri explained.

"Would you prefer that we focus on that instead of the quilt?" Ryan asked.

Yukina blinked a bit."oh",she said softly."that must be a nice feeling..."

Damen smirked as he playfuly rested his forhead aginst Ryans."sure,why not"

Oh my god he's touching me!Ryan thought to himself and couldn't help but giggle adorably. "D-Damen..." he started and stared into the male's eyes, "You're not j-just messing with me right?" he asked. "Are you even aware of what you're doing to me right now?" he asked.

"It is, and one day you'll know what I mean because I know that one day you'll have friends of your own that you would do anything for." Temri explained honestly.

Damen grinned wiggeling his eye brows."i know",he said locking lips quickly.


Yukina sield softly,"Thanks"

Temri shook his head. "You're a good person Yukina so I know you won't have trouble making friends. Now then, how about we go paint something?" he asked and grinned.

Ryan was surprised when Damen pressed his lips against his. His eyes went wide as he found himself kissing him back and closing his eyes. His heart was pounding in his chest, this had to be a dream right?

Yukina smiled a bit more.'sure sounds like a good idea",she said sitting up again.

Damen slowly pulled away grinning."cute",he said softly

"Alright." Temri said and stood up, helping her up then leading her to the art room again. "The paint is right here, brushes here and canvas there." Temri said, pointing to each thing. Walking over to the Canvases, he picked one up and set it up on an easel for her. "There you go, have fun." he said.

Ryan blushed and stared at Damen with a shy smile on his face and a bright pink blush on his cheeks. "That was a nice surprise." he whispered.

Yukina smiled as she followed and smiled softly watching him."thanks",she said happy to try and paint

Damen smiled a bit more."so you enjoyed it then?"
