Gemini stopped, but didn't turn around. She didn't want him to see the conflicted emotions on her face, or the stupid, pointless tears threatening to fall. "I know you can be mature. I've seen it. I just can't..." She managed to keep her voice steady until the very end. "Do you read at all? Or watch movies? If you do, you should know that the happy ending always goes to the hero. The villain doesn't get one. I'm a villain, Tony. I don't get a happy ending. I don't get to love someone. It just doesn't happen. If I let it happen, eventually something bad will happen. I don't belong here, with all of you. I belong locked up in a cave somewhere, just like my parents always had me."

Tony blinked a couple times. "That's not true. Villains have love story...Talia from Batman is an example he doesn't feel the same way, or Catwoman they love each other. Also you don't have to be a villain I mean you just spend the last few days helping us save the world that at least makes you a antihero. Besides I'm fairly certain my suit and Jarvis can protect me from most everything."

Gemini was silent for a moment. She hadn't expected a reasonable argument. "Talia and Catwoman are hardly prime examples. Talia is stuck loving someone who will never love her back, and Catwoman is caught in a Romeo-and-Juliet relationship. Hardly a happy ending for either of them. Like I said, nothing good comes from villains falling in love." She said. "Anyway, even if somehow I wasn't a villain, I'm still not safe to be around. There is no technology that can protect you from a demon's powers. Not even a full demon could protect themselves." She whispered the last part, hating herself. Hating the tears that started falling. Hating the memories that flooded her mind no matter how hard she tried to keep them back.

Tony reached forward and ran his thumb across her cheek it was calloused from years of working on his project. "I have my own demons." he tapped his reactor. ''They may not be really but there just as dangerous." he would never admit out loud that he would drink to much when he was in a bad mood. "I could die at any second. I want to live my life to the fullest and if that means I have to take the risk of getting eaten by a fox demon then I'll take that chance. At least it wouldn't be as painful as shrapnel digging into your heart."

Gemini shook as she let her tears flow freely, unable to hold them back any longer. "A-are you...seriously...w-willing to take that r-risk? If...if you saw my t-true form...would you still accept me?" She asked, not quite daring to hope. She had never showed her demon form to anyone before, besides her parents, and that was an accident...and they died soon after.

"Yes I am. I'm willing to accept it." Tony smiled at her. "You'll have to show me it some time...when we aren't on a mission of course." he didn't want Steve getting any stupid ideas of Gemini being bad for the team.

Gemini nodded. "A-alright...if you're sure. I'll...g-give it a shot." She said. She fully expected that he would be repulsed by her when he did see her demon form, but until then she could enjoy pretending to be normal.

"Great." Tony grinned kissing her forehead. "After we rest we'll go on a date."

Aurora who had been out suddenly came to staring at Steve in surprise. "Um...Hi?" She was blushing. "Would you mind telling me why your holding me and who you are." She frowned upon at him. Her voice was younger then normal and her eye's where a dark brownish red color.

Gemini blushed and nodded. Her first instinct was to hide in a corner, but she forced herself to be more outgoing. "Yeah...okay. Just...I have no idea what someone's supposed to do on a date, so you'll have to go easy on me."

Steve jumped a little in surprise when Aurora sat up suddenly. It took him a moment to understand what she had said, and another to realize what it meant. "Oh, no..." He muttered. "It's...Aurora, it's me. Steve. You were hurt, remember? And..." How was he supposed to explain everything that had happened?

"Oh right. Your Steve" Aurora smiled. "I'm Aurora's other personality that was born out of her powers. She named me Crescent after the moon. You can call me Cress." Cress smiled at him.

"I'll teach you all that there is...though there's not a lot." Tony chuckled.

Steve let out a breath he hadn't known he'd been holding. Okay, not memory loss. This was strange, but manageable. "Okay. Cress. I didn't know Aurora had another personality. Um...do you know what happened, or do you need me to tell you?" He asked.

Gemini narrowed her eyes a little. "I'm not a complete idiot, so I'll know if you're being dirty." She warned. "Don't try to pull anything. Kitsune are known as tricksters, so you don't want to try tricking one."

"I'm not going to trick you if I want to do it you'll be the second to know." Tony winked at her playfully.

Cress was silent a moment. "I have all the information thank you." she smiled at him. "You are handsome. I approve of this relationship." she kissed his cheek.

Steve blushed brightly. She certainly didn't beat around the bush. "Um...thanks? I'm glad...you approve." He guessed it would make things easier if every part of Aurora liked him.

Gemini rolled her eyes. "Alright, okay. Got it. Let's go see how Aurora's doing."

"Well aren't you so sweet." Cress laughed and carefully stood. "I'm in charge while Aurora is resting. I feel like raising a little hell." She smirked.

"Please tell me I didn't just hear that voice." Tony groaned as he neared Aurora. "Hi Cress." He greeted and then cursed as the girl punched him so hard be fell to the ground.

"I have owed you that for a long time Stark." Cress smirked down at him.

Steve blinked. Her attitude seemed to have changed quickly. "Wait...what?" He asked, just as she punched Tony. I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry. He thought to himself.

Gemini stopped cold, looking shocked. "Hey! Aurora, what did you do that for?" She paused, realizing that this was not Aurora. "Oh, you're not...someone explain this I think I missed something."

"I'm Cress...a other personality." Cress wasn't sure she was that simple but it sounded right. "You must be Gemini." She smiled at her. "Let's be friends." It sounded like an order but she didn't seem to notice. "I can tell you all the reasons why you shouldn't go out with that." She crinkled her nose at Tony.

Tony sat up rubbing his jaw scowling a little at Cress. "Leave her alone Cress."

Gemini scowled. "Don't give me orders. I'm not about to make friends with someone who treats me like a servant." She said sharply. "And don't insult my boyfriend. I don't want to hurt Aurora, but I'll find some way to hurt you without hurting her."

"Oh please who do you think was the one who got Aurora to go out with that perv in the first place?" Cress snorted. "I didn't mean for it to sound like a demand." she frowned a little.

Tony just shook his head. "She's a just socially awkward." he shivered as Cress glared daggers at him. "i mean um." he looked away.

"Fine, so you know him. He's my boyfriend now, so don't insult him in front of me." Gemini said firmly. "I'll be your friend, but we're going to have to be careful. I have no social skill, either."

Steve just shook his head. Why do these things keep happening? He wondered. He just wanted to be with Aurora. All the alternate personalities and possessions...it was like the universe didn't want them to be happy.

"You might want to change your mind. Tony doesn't have the best record with girls." Cress smirked at Tony who shrugged not denying it.

"This time is different." Tony smiled at Gemini. "I promise."

"Alright but I'm here if you need someone to punch him. Now how about we go and find a club in this sorry place." Cress grinned at Gemini. "It's been far to long since I've been out."

Gemini shrugged. "I'm perfectly capable of punching him myself...and worse, if needed." She said as if she were commenting on the weather. "Wait, a club? What kind of...I've never been to a club before..." She suddenly sounded nervous.

"Oh you'll love it. There's dancing and some of the greatest songs ever. Plus your can drink if you want to." Cress grinned. "Though I will need to change. This is not for clubbing." She grimaced at the pastel dress Aurora had put on.

"If you go I'm going to go as well." Tony frowned at Cress knowing how she could get when she partied.

"I'm going, too." Steve said. He wasn't sure he trusted Cress with Aurora's body, and Tony seemed a bit nervous, which was always a reason to be extra careful. However, judging by Gemini's reaction, they weren't going anywhere.

Gemini looked terrified. "D-dancing? I have to dance?" She didn't know any songs, so that part worried her, and she had never drank before...so she wasn't about to start now. "I don't know any songs. I'm not dancing, and I'm definitely not drinking."

"You don't have to know the songs." Cress rolled her eyes. "And no one knows how to dance. You just do it how you feel like." she shrugged. "You also don't have to drink." she snorted. "You aren't going we don't need a wet blanket." she gave Steve a look of annoyance.

"She's right about that...I haven't gone clubbing since I was in collage. Surprisingly I'm actually more grown up then that." Tony smiled. "I never really danced."

"If no one wants to go I'll go by myself it makes no difference." Cress sighed.

Steve realized there was no way he was going to follow Cress to a club. He'd never survive in that environment. Turning to Gemini, he gave her a pleading look.

Gemini caught the look and knew exactly what it meant. He wanted her to go and keep an eye on Cress. She sighed, realizing she wasn't getting out of this. "Alright, fine, I'll go. As long as I don't have to dance."
