Gemini considered this. "I think I'd rather do the research. That way I'll know exactly what I'm getting, and I'm less likely to get swindled by any salespeople. Plus, that way, I'll know how to use whatever one I get."

Tony shrugged. "Alright. If you need help just ask me ok? Is there anything else you want to do?"

Gemini thought, then shook her head. "For now, maybe just get some sleep. It's been a long couple days." She said.

"Alright." Tony lead them home blinking when he saw Aurora standing at the window onto the balcony sipping on a cup of what looked like Brandy.

Gemini glanced at Tony, clearly confused. "Should we talk to her?" She asked quietly.

"I'm not sure." Tony frowned and walked over to her. "Aurora?"

Aurora turned and smiled at him. "Hi Tony, Gemini."

"Are you drunk?" Tony blinked.

"Maybe a little." Aurora giggled.

"What are you doing up?" Gemini asked gently. "You should be resting. Those burns won't heal if you don't..."

Aurora held her hand out showing a slightly reddish pink color but other then that it looked fine. "It itch's like hell and i couldn't find any anti itch stuff so." she reached for the bottle to refill her cup but she shrugged and took a swig straight from the bottle.

"OK that's enough of that." Tony took it away and put it back. "Go back to bed you." he guided her towards her room.

"Your not the boss of me." Aurora stumbled a little.

"No but I could get Steve and have him drag you to bed." Tony frowned at her.

"Aurora, what's wrong?" Gemini asked gently. "Did something happen?"

"I just had a bad dream." Aurora shrugged then nearly toppled over. Tony caught her with a sigh "STEVE!" he called into her room.

Steve appeared within seconds, his hair and clothes rumpled from sleep but his eyes wide and alert and ready for trouble. "What's wrong?" He asked, walking over when he saw Aurora being half held up. "What happened?"

"I got itchy." Aurora showed him her healed hands. "I couldn't." she hiccuped. "Find anything. to make the itch go away." she smirked. "Your so sexy with bed head."

"OK walking away from that." Tony backed away letting Aurora stumble over to Steve.

Steve sighed, both relieved and disappointed, and caught Aurora as she stumbled. "C'mon, I know where the ointment is." He said.

"Your enough ointment for me." Aurora giggled but followed Steve humming what sounded like the spongebob them song.

"Well...at leasts its progress." Tony grinned. "Cress drinking is always...well not a good thing but it means she's thinking about friendship."

Steve pulled her gently along to the bathroom, sat her down on the counter and pulled out some itch cream and some more bandages. He applied the cream to her hands, then put the bandages on so that it wouldn't rub off. "There. Now, back to bed, and no more drinking."

"Friendship?" Gemini looked dubious. "Drinking means friendship? That doesn't seem like a healthy way of dealing with things." She said.

"You have to remember Aurora was abandoned as a child made fun of to the point that she created Cress, then she wasn't adopted till she was almost in collage. Up until then she had been alone with Cress." Tony shrugged. "And Cress isn't exactly stable."

Aurora pouted at him and lifted her shirt to show off the burns on her torso. "These ones itch too."

Gemini winced. "I forgot about that. I was alone for a long time, but at least I had my parents long enough to raise me into a relatively stable person." She sighed. "I feel so bad. Is it...does Cress just distrust us? Isn't there anything we can do for her?"

Steve raised and eyebrow, but applied the ointment anyway. "There. Is there anywhere else, or can we go back to bed? And don't think about trying anything because I'm not letting anything happen while you're drunk."

Tony nodded. "Yes Cress distrust us...she distrusts everyone. Who can blame her? Everyone has been horrible to them." He sighed. "Just be there for her. She'll get use to it eventually."

"Your no fun." Aurora huffed and let her shirt fall back. "Who cares if I'm drunk? I don't."

Gemini nodded. "Okay. I'll be the best friend ever!" She said.

"I care." Steve said, picking her up gently. "I don't want you to regret anything later. If you're drunk, you can't make a sound decision like that. Plus, you're still hurt, and it would be too easy to hurt you worse than you already are."

"I'm not going to regret it if it's you." Aurora sighed and but her head on his shoulder. "Because I love you."

"Your so cute." Tony chuckled a little.

"I love you, too." Steve said. "And that's why I want you to wait. At least one more day, okay? If you still want to tomorrow, when you're sober and less hurt, then I'm all yours."

Gemini flashed a peace sign and winked. "But of course. It's my thing. I'm cute." She joked.

"Alright fine." Aurora sighed and settled onto there bed once he had put her down. "Tomorrow." she curled up and was out in seconds.

"You have more then that but cuteness is one of your attributes." Tony grinned and sighed. "Want to head to bed?"

Steve watched her fall asleep, smiling slightly, and fell asleep himself soon after.

Gemini nodded, the mention of bed prompting a yawn. "Bed sounds good."

Tony lead the way hand holding her. He changed quickly and flopped onto there bed with a groan.

Gemini changed as well, then hopped onto the bed and curled up next to him like a cat. She was asleep in seconds.
