Depending on the finger rotation of the bowling ball, pin action comes in quite handy with a heavy ball. Heavy bowling balls tend to plow through the pins leaving horrible splits. Most pros have actually stopped using the 16 pounds balls and dropped to 15 pounds because of the better pin action they create.

Not bad, I had a 200 average if memory serves. I'm 6'2, long limbed and was stronger than the average Pisces.

One of the leagues I bowled in was a Girls only league and we traveled from bowling center to bowling center. Basically each week we bowled in a different bowling center. Loved it. We had to wear either a skirt, skort or shorts with our bowling shirts. Each team was three girls and we had matching bowling shirts with our last names embroidered on the back. My favorite part of that league was wearing fun, bright socks. As a team captain I would buy us a bunch of different socks and we'd agree the week before which ones to wear for the upcoming week so we all matched.
Drove our league director crazy that I would do that. Tickled me pink. He he

He also believed that our year end banquet should be dress up formal like. Girls should wear dresses and what not. Because I was older than most of the other bowlers, I wore really nice slacks and cute shirt to everyone of the banquets I attended. Had to be contrary.

Never been good with conforming to other's standards.
Kind of ready for today to be done. Ready to go home and make meatloaf for dinner. Yum.
Amane, nothing wrong with calling it ballin'. Kind of funny actually.

Smell, texture, taste...it all turns me off. Not sure why. Having grown up in California you'd think I loved it. Nope. I am the odd one out in my family. Everyone else likes fish and other seafood in my family, I eat the chicken or beef.

Symphony, I believe that fish is suppose to be one of the better lean proteins a person can consume.
Definitely wouldn't want to eat this cow:

Beef is my most favorite, especially a medium rare filet mignon. So good. Especially when cooked with Olive oil, garlic and some butter. Doesn't get much better than that.

I don't eat meat, but when I did I was a rabid carnivore.
Seriously, I mean I ate tons of meat on top of meat. The weird thing was, I never gained any weight, I stayed underweight no matter what I ate.
But I was very sick all the time. My cramps were horrible during my period, my face and shoulders had so much acne, I had no energy, I never exercised because I had no energy. It was awful.
But when I stopped eating meat I feel better. Of course, now that I am taking medication I've gained weight.
My periods aren't amazing now, but they are less painful. I partially think that has to do with using cloth pads than using the disposable kind because of all those chemicals they usually put in the disposable kinds versus the lack of chemicals in cloth pads.
