Not the consultation window, this is an actual little office by the pharmacy, yet completely separate. You can go see the Nurse Practitioner for ear aches, sinus infections, simple things like that. They do not prescribe narcotics. Only antibiotics and the like.

Old age of 21? Seriously? I am 32.

Time for lunch! Shall return in a bit.

Definitely not old at 21. I'm 30.

Yeah, now if I could find energy. That would be wonderful!

You should charge your batteries, Livi! A nap might be good.

I second that notion, Livi! A nap might be in order.

Naps are fantastic! Took one on Saturday in the late afternoon, felt great! Love a nap on Sundays after my blood appointments, definitely recharges the batteries.

Lunch was good, but now I can feel the two o'clock feeling about to hit me. Desperately need some caffeine. Might make a run to the McDonald's near work for a big soda. Yum.

Yeah, I made my friend stop at Dunkin' Donuts to get a cup of coffee for myself. I was super sleepy.

Coffee always leaves a weird after taste in my mouth. Not a fan. Dunkin' Donuts is super sugary too...make sure you pancreas doesn't jump out of your body from all the sugar.

I like my caffeine cold, preferably in the form of Dr. Pepper or a Monster Ultra Black. Both are super tasty.

Dr. Pepper is my main love. Best soda, hands down. Can't get enough of it. And that's bad, I know. At least the Monster I drink has no calories or sugar. Haven't had one of those in a few days though.

I do enjoy dr. pepper, though I try to drink it VERY sparingly. along with most other sodas.

I only get caffeine from tea. xD
Which, apparently is nothing on coffee.

It would be better if I used it as a treat myself, Elirona. It's a total guilty pleasure of mine.

Ava, it's good that you aren't attached to the caffeine train. Complete pain in the ass to get off of when you want to get off. Headaches, crabbiness, some bitchiness. Going to do my best to drop it this next month.

I wish you the best with dropping the caffeine, Queen!
I heard it's one of the hardest things to quit after cigarettes.

Well, gave up the smoking, that was one year and seven months ago...guess soda is my next vice to take a hike. After that I won't have much left, except for being lazy. That one might be a harder vice to kick. Working on ideas for that though, volunteering at the Humane Society to walk dogs, or big brother/big sister, something that gets me out of the house and moving. Not sure if my husband will join in with me, but if he doesn't, I can do it on my own.

Congrats on quitting smoking, Queen! That's a HUGE accomplishment!
Ohh, that sounds like great ideas to get out of the house. I think my mom was a big sister and she said it was very rewarding.

I think you could also maybe volunteer at food shelves too, if that's something you're interested in.

I've done volunteering at those before, Ava and while it is fun, most of them here in Arizona are not air conditioned. Summer time can sorting is not so much fun when you are sweating gallons.

Also want to look into wounded warrior stuff as well. There are so many vets here in Arizona that need help, only makes sense to give back to them.

The first few months were the roughest, every month that I haven't smoked since then has gotten easier. Feel completely different now that I don't smoke. When I want a reminder of why I quit, we go to the VFW, after 20 minutes of being there, breathing in everyone's smoke, going home smelling like a cigarette, definitely don't miss it.

I did take a nap but sadly it didn't help as much as I'd have liked. I'm still feeling exhausted.

I don't drink coffee or anything with caffeine for that matter.
People look at me oddly when they learn this. XD

Hey, some people can get by without the need for caffeine. I'm jealous. :p

My mom is still a heavy smoker, but there isn't much I can do to help her quit. A lot of it has to be done on her end.

That's good, at least. I remember reading that caffeine can mess with your baby.

That's exactly why I quit in the first place, because of that very reason.
