Having a slow day at work, more house keeping kind of things than actual work. Summers are generally the slow time for us in my industry.

Got roughly 15 minutes before I leave work to go to a blood appointment. My day for donating since Monday was cancelled due to over booking on my schedule. Ugh. Hate when that happens.

May I ask what industry you're in?

I hate any type of needles. :< I'd donate blood if I could though (unfortunately I have a tendency to pass out when they're taking blood so they unhook me from the machine and I can never give what they ask for). So it feels useless.

I hate over-scheduling things. :< It gets me really overwhelmed, and I end up missing important things like doctors appointments because I was horrendously tired or whatever from doing too much and my spoons got all worn out and I can't make it out of bed in time for my appointment.

I wish I had more of a sched sometimes

I don't have much of one. Its usually things I get told about less than 24 hours before and have to deal with right away because it went from minor problem to big problem. :/ My bae, i love him, but bless his heart because he waits to deal with anything until its legit an issue. like won't clean out the catbox, because I think that's why he's trying to poop and pee in my blankets :/ And he agreed when we moved in that we were going to take turns, but he *always* forgets and then the next day when I'm like, 'darling dear why didn't you clean the cat box' he says he'll do it later and then doesn't so i end up doing it every day, or forgetting myself (or assuming he took care of it because he said he would) and then i find out he hasn't

We don't actually sleep in the same room. I have trouble falling asleep and he always falls asleep before me and starts snoring and I can't take it. lol

Currently in the Escrow/title industry. Being in Arizona the summers being like a fucking furnace, most people don't want to move. Business will pick up starting next month and be heavy through the holidays, beyond the new year and then we hit season where it gets shit house crazy.

Needles in my arm don't bother me much, now needles to the back for like an epidural, that's where I draw the line. Just because something is low risk doesn't mean it is completely risk free. There are tales of people becoming paralyzed and that's not all right with me. I'll suffer through the pain of child birth without the drugs.

We had to move in July because our last landlord let the place flood in June and then didn't do anything about the mold! I'm still sick! Also I've been casually looking for a house to buy and I have noticed since around June people have stopped listing so many listings! gah.

Mon, I wouldn't be surprised if the listings start picking up in the fall. When temperatures drop is when people think about putting their house on the market and getting a buyer. I will warn you, most places in the country right now it's a seller's market and not a buyer's market. Houses listed at a decent price will have multiple offers and the seller's will get top dollar, unless they like you as a buyer.

Here in Arizona there aren't a lot of houses available in the 200,000 to 300,000 range and if they do hit the market they are snatched up pretty quickly. New houses and subdivisions are being built but not quick enough and the prices are a little higher due to sellers of the land asking for top dollar.

And before getting locked into a contract, read one through and make sure you are committed to buying and all that comes with it. Also find a good real estate agent and they can negotiate like a motherfucker on your behalf. Can't remember if North Carolina is a Deed of Trust state or a Mortgage state.

If I buy *in this state* it'd be around here but its definitely been a seller's market, just outside of this area its easy to find a nice house with my budget, but we don't want to move away from all the parks and the convenience of living in this city
also a lot of these places have well water or septic tanks ONLY so its just like bleh

i'd also like gas heat/stove but mehhh thats neither here nor there
