I haven't been to work in going on two weeks now.

Work has me out in Apache Junction today and Wednesday because someone is on vacation. Kind of okay with it since it means one more day of reprieve from having to see the receptionist who just got back from her two week trip to Japan.

Was kind of hoping that she would meet some cute Air Force guy and stay there, indefinitely. Would have been nice for us.

Sorry for my quietness, had loads of real life things that keep sucking me away and getting on here can be difficult.

Was having a day, still feeling a little melancholy and I should just shut up sometimes. My mouth and fingers seem to piss people off at times and while I would say that I could change, when something comes up that doesn't seem right or feel right I have to speak up and address it. Mon, my background is a combination of two items, the Creepy Blue Glowing Cottage (from the Creepy Storybook Journey) and the gloomy forest (from the The Dryad's Hollow).

My whole nature can be confrontational when I see something that seems to be an injustice or unfair to an unsuspecting party. Standing up for my fellow Menewshan is what gets me in trouble at times.

I won't leave leave, but a hiatus of some sort at the beginning of the year might be something I will seriously consider this coming year. There are already too many things scheduled for the end of the year for me to back out now.

And when I came back I learned to avoid the ED and parts of the GD.
I used to get into arguments with trolls in the ED all the time.

I took exception to how something was conveyed by an NPC to a member of the site and threw in that I wouldn't support any further threads hosted by said NPC and that apparently irked a staff member and they have gone on hiatus. Yes, I know that NPCs are part of the site as characters and they are part of a story line or here to assist in facilitating stuff around the site, but it was the wording of the post and the fact that attendance is low to begin with that frustrated me. Last thing this place needs is someone to feel like they are being scoffed or excluded.

For me, Mene has always been about helping your fellow Menewshan and having fun.

That's unfortunate Queen, but I imagine the staff member had other problems besides just you so don't take it all on yourself.
I don't remember ever having an issue with anyone here except once which I don't even remember what it was over, in like halloween of 08 (just realized how long ago that was wow) I got into a fight with some rando in the event forum. They were super pissed at me and even went to my profile and left nasty comments and I wound up actually reporting them. But I'm pretty non-confrontational lol I just want everyone to get along.
When my fiance was active on here he used to get into heated fights in the GD and ED. I finally told him to just stay out of there. Lol.

Being the straw that broke the camel's back is a horrible feeling, Kit. Didn't mean to completely upset them, but something needed to be said.

Just a bit concerning how slow this place has gotten again. Really wish that I had more time to dedicate to here, but time is tight right now with other obligations.

I wish I could contribute more.
But I'm not well these days and I probably should focus on getting my shit together first now I'm on sick leave

I've not been losing any weight no matter how little I eat and it's been making me feel really depressed.

It's going to be in the high seventies low eighties the next few days.

well you have to eat right and exercise to really make it work

I know its a terrible feeling, Queenie. I've been in that position before with people.
I've just also been in the "you've just made me snap" position and I know its never been (with me) just one person.

I'm very frustrated right now with my weight. I lost 6 pounds but now I feel like I'm stuck. Its only been a week but I guess it feels longer.

Man I wish I could loose six pounds. Though right now I'm feeling bloated from that horrible time of month.

not sure what you've been doing to lose weight but don't lose hope <3 remember the first few pounds you lose are usually water weight so the loss of fat will come later with patience and persistence -nods-
