There was a three year period where I didn't smoke at all. And actually felt healthier and then shazam, fell back into the habit. It can be rough.

Tonight the husband and I start back up at the gym. Gotta start somewhere and today is that day. Pray that I make through the whole hour and don't die.

I just went back to the gym today, myself. My first time at the gym since moving here and I didn't hate it. :)
Not sure if I can get myself motivated enough to go again tomorrow, though!

Yuck! No. Skin only and throw away the onion. *giggle* Mother doesn't want them since my fingers have been on them.

I would eat your onions for you, Amane....well, providing you washed your hands before eating!

or we can develop a more refined system where you use a fork and knife to de-skin the onion ring so all parts can be eaten

I used to only eat the onion out of the onion rings I ate as a kid.
Now, I prefer to eat them together!
