Parents tell you what to do, and that makes things not fun.

It's not that he hasn't told me because he has. I just have such a bad memory I can't actually remember.

For me I can breath clearly through my nose. Nothing is clogged or anything.
I just can't breath through my mouth for some reason.
When you have bad posture it pushes everything forward. Organs, ribs, etc.
so that is probably why i can't breathe normally.

Yoga is the best for posture really.
I haven't done any sort of exercise in a while. My posture isn't great but it isn't the worst either. But i would love to fix it as it definitely is the source of my breathing issue.

I am now sitting in lotus position as I type this with the laptop on the table in front of me. Before, I was slouched on the couch, laptop in my lap, neck facing downwards as my wrists faced upwards trying to type.

I never sit on the couch when on the laptop. It's hard to game that way lol.
Cause the keys the wired mouse I have is the camera and the arrow keys are how you move your character.

I always sit at a desk though. I have to have a pillow on the chair because the chair is hard as a rock and not comfortable. I do plan to make some seat cushions for my chair though. Those seem like a good project to do.

That sounds like an awesome project to use your new sewing machine for ^_^ I do have a pillow against my back for lumbar support. My back isn't the strongest. My friend advised to stand more often and do some exercises to strengthen my core muscles.

The intestines get smushed and the ribs get narrower and all the stuff in between gets Tetris'd into that itty bitty waist!

I am sure there are a lot of yoga poses to help with your back. I have a bad back. Not real bad but bad from my posture. the cobra really helps a lot. And whenever I do get up my shoulders pop lol

I used to do yoga like a decade ago, and I was super flexible. I could do the cobra and touch my head to my toes, that sort of thing.

Where is the yoga and kpop intersection?

No. I am just double joined.
Only dancers and such can do the splits.

Fuu-Chan, I might have misunderstood. What do you mean by double jointed? and where are you double jointed?

Amane, I have indeed. A lot of them start learning and training from a young age and are super talented after working hard at it

Ye. K-pop training isn't cakewalk training. They're super inspiring, and I want that K-pop Just Dance with the levels Hard, Extreme, Impossible, and SM Ent. Every K-pop fan ever would drop all excess weight.

I will just copy when i looked up what it means for you.

Quote:
dou·ble-joint·ed
adjective
adjective: double-jointed

(of a person) having unusually flexible joints, typically those of the fingers, arms, or legs.
It means basically you can bend way more than normal or non-double jointed person can bend.
Doing the splits doesn't mean double jointed. It just means they are flexible.

Ah, I see. So the definition says people usually have double joints in their fingers, arms, and legs. Do you also have double joints in all of those places?
