Me too... dogs are just too happy to see you... it's like having that friend that always seems so excited for no reason at all.

the fact that i can't think of that friend probably means i am that friend doesn't it? xD dogs are to stinky for me. *makes face* and they're always trying to lick your face.

The face and hand licking is annoying but the shoving their nose between your legs is just plain uncomfortable

My problem isn't heat... it's my cat laying on my face and blocking my airways

What do your kids do? The licking or sniffing?

If I were a cat, I feel like I would sit on my human's face just to see how they would react too :D

What happened, Amane? Is it allergies? Or bugs? Or final exams perhaps?

wait. wasn't the topic about pets just shoving their heads between their owners legs? cause that's what my kids do randomly . Though Lily has BIT me there before when she was little and just learning how to climb into our big armchair. She used her teeth as leverage to pull herself up. which is why she got nicknamed bittybites or bittybytes.

Teeth as leverage... gotta admit that's kinda clever but gonna be hard on her teeth later on. On the bright side her baby teeth won't be hard to get out.

It was the topic but there was a few other things being discussed.

she bites everything. though she's finally getting better. we found out she'd been teething on her crib rail in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping. When we took it down there was teethmarks all over the inside.

She reminds me of Sunny from those books, A Series of Unfortunate Events.

Shadami: My son used the side of his crib as a gnawing station .. I was both impressed and concerned , I didnt want him to get a splinter or anything so I had to put a Banner around the edges, (aparently your not allowed to do that now because of suffocation hazards) but I mean.... if you watch your children and things are fastened properly ..theres no worries....
however ... some people... never cease to amaze me

Build a smarter, safer product, and we will simply fashion ourselves a better idiot capable of foiling all of our safety procedures.

that's why you do what feels right for your own kids and say screw off i'm the parent, they're healthy and happy you shouldn't have to worry.

I would like to think that we're all getting smarter as a species? :o

or perhaps because we might be a lot more open-minded now than before
