So I will still be hosting my thread (that i need to finish the story up on) But I'm going to look back to see why we ended up picking mid July and I'm curious if beginning of July would be better for everyone since Queen_Andais: was such a big part of planning last year and I feel bad that the current picked dates wouldn't be able to include her. :[

What do you all think of pushing it just a little bit earlier? Was there something major that was conflicting with someones schedule?

Yes, we can do that. Let me reach out to Yan, Knerd, Howdy and a few of the MODs. Don't want a repeat of last year.

And Late June and Early July would work for me, or Mid July is good as well. My vacation to see friends and family is July 7th to the 15th.

My issues timewise pretty much overlap with queen's.

I just got nodded last night. :D so no worries there. Hmmm hmm so I know someone couldn't do first week July. You guys can't do the second week. So either the current dates you two missing the first couple days. (If we're sticking to fri-thurs/Fri) or I think last week of June was the other day someone was okay with. I personally can't do the last week in July cause family reunion. XD

Poet, it has reverted back to radio silent Menewsha Staff again. Despite our angry outrage last year, I think the announcements lasted a good four months before they fell off again. Consistency, not one of the strong points here. Sadly.

There will be limited access for me to have the forum switched on live for the URE, because yes, the forum has been paid for. Will just have to be sure to have the threads all set up to go before I leave for vacation.

I believers there is a couple days to a week before the event where we can have are test threads transfered over, or to actually make the thread and set it up. Based on my past experiences with the URE.

We need to start pooling together resources to make sure we get prizes set up. It's going to sneak up on us pretty fast.

Sounds good to me, Shadami. I will make sure to get the two Stickies I am doing up and done before hand. Prizes will need to be cataloged and that should be done tonight hopefully, if not, tomorrow. Work should be slowish for me to catch up on that stuff.

Money has been transferred from my mule to the Suzy, so there is 100k to play with. And if we need more, we can tap the all mighty mule piggy bank.

I also have a bunch of gold that I will be contributing through inspiration since she's holding on to all the prizes I have set aside for it. I believe even if i'm holding on to them we need to keep that logged as "donated to the URE". We are quite a ways behind on planning since we were all so set on stuff last year. OMG A GIANT SPIDER.

I just remembered I need to make the cards for the game shop one whoever was doing that I need to check my banner shop maybe or someone holler if it's you the Pokemon card type game trivia thing I was makeing cards trivia/pictures
