Cal shrugged. "I don't know. But thanks for that image." He said with a smirk.

Rosemary sighed. "They've always come before, so probably. My mom I don't mind, but my dad is just going to bring up were politics..."

Belle hit his arm lightly. "Bad Chameleon, bad." she chuckled. "I knew I shouldn't have said that to a boy."

"if he gets to bad just signal and I'll come over. That should derail him for a few minutes when you tell him your dating a shapeshifter." Alex smirked.

Cal smiled wider. "Sorry, sorry. I can't help it, I'm a teenage boy. And you're a beautiful girl." He said.

Rosemary laughed bitterly. "Oh yes, that will help the situation. I can't wait to tell him I'm not dating a full blooded were." She smiled. "Well, actually, I kind of look forward to telling him. He's going to be pissed, but it's going to be great."

Belle turned a pink color. "Your really think I'm beautiful?" she asked hiding behind her hair.

"I promise no matter how mad he gets I'll stay with you." Alex held her chair out for her.

Cal blushed as he realized he'd said that out loud. "Well...yeah. You are." He said shyly.

Rosemary smiled. "Thank you." She said, sitting down. "I really appreciate it."

Belle blushed more. "Thanks." she mumbled and vanished into the school hoping to out run her embarrassment.

"Well its no big deal." Alex shrugged. "I like you that much." he kissed her hand gentle before he took his seat next to her.

Blushing furiously, Cal stood rooted to the spot. He couldn't believe he'd said that out loud. And to top it off, she'd run away as soon as he'd said it. He'd probably made her super uncomfortable, and embarrassed himself in the process. For a moment, he wished he was invisible. Sighing, he went to check his watch to see how much time he had...and gasped. His watch- along with his hand, arm, and entire body- had disappeared. He was invisible! Panicking, he started running towards the school, hoping someone, anyone, could help.

"What a gentleman you are." Rosemary smiled kindly, a faint blush still spread across her cheeks.

Belle yelped as something ran by her. "What?" she blinked then frowned. At that moment Kylie was heading to the class she taught when she sensed a chameleon. "Hello?" she called.

"I try." Alex shrugged. "I'm not always so great." he admitted. "I am a teenage boy after all."

Cal stopped cold in his tracks, hoping against hope that whomever just spoke was speaking to him. "Hello? Can you hear me? Please help. I don't know what to do!" He knew it was a long shot. When a chameleon went invisible, regular people couldn't see, hear or feel them.

"Just trying is enough." Rosemary said. "No one is perfect, right? I'm just happy that you care enough to try."

Kylie blinked then with a sign she vanished. Well to everyone but him she vanished. "First off don't panic. If you panic you'll never appear." she smiled at him. "Take deep breaths."

Cal blinked rapidly, shocked out of his panic by the other chameleon. Doing as he was told, he took a couple deep breaths. "Okay...okay. Did I seriously just...am I...are we invisible right now?"

"Yes we are...kind of cool isn't it?" Kylie grinned. "With a little focus you can go back to normal but if you want I can help you this time."

Cal looked around. "Yeah, panic-inducing strangeness aside, totally cool." He said sarcastically. "Yes please teach me how to go back."

Kylie explained it and then showed him by reappearing startling the student who was going to the bathroom.

Cal listened carefully, paying close attention so he would remember what to do. Then, after a moment of hesitation, he tried it himself. Much to his relief, it worked. "Hooooooooo boy. Okay. Thank God that's over." He looked at Kylie. "Thanks for helping me. Um...is this going to happen a lot now?"

"Only when you panic." Kylie smiled. "Or your stressed, or scared."

Belle was beginning to wonder where Cal was.

Cal sighed. "Great...just great." He said. "Well, I should get to class. Thanks again." He added before heading off.

Belle frowned at Cal. "Are you ok?" she whispered as the teacher glared daggers at him.

Cal slumped down in his chair. "I'll explain later." He whispered, not wanting to get the teacher more angry at him.

Belle nodded then turned back to the teacher. After class she cornered him "Did something happen? are you hurt?" she asked eyes skimming over him. "If someone hurt you..." she trailed off then blushed as she heard herself panicking over his well being.

Cal raised his hands. "Easy, easy, I'm fine. I just..." He blushed, and had to concentrate hard not to turn invisible again. "I went invisible, and kind of panicked. Another chameleon helped me, though, so it's fine."

"OK...I'm glad your alright." Belle nodded. "I'm not use to this." she grumbled. "I've never had a guy complement me or look at me look you do." she sighed. "It's going to take some getting use to."

"Wait...really? Never?" Cal asked, surprised. "I would've imagined you'd had boys vying for your attention your whole life."

"Honestly? I think most of them where afraid of me. I was there princess but I made sure to keep my postion so I was strong. Grandmother said that I was to head strong for my own good." Belle chuckled.

Cal smirked. "I hate to say it, but I think your grandmother was right." He said. "But that's actually part of your charm. I'm pretty stubborn myself, and I love a good challenge, so I guess I couldn't help but be drawn to you."
