Sorry for the hiatus folks.
Daughter girls OK. So r me and wife lady .I finished my insulated underpinning on our trailer just hours ahead of a hard freeze. I'm notably feeling older and sicker but that's just part of living. I've got the trailer together enough so that when I die, the girls. Wife and sister will b able to make it just fine. Not that I'm planning to cash out soon but u never know about these things .

Thank goodness today's over. This Friday started off like a Monday on steroids.
Credit card confusion, brake issues all first thing this morning. There is no more pitiful creature than a Pisces leaving the house without coffee. You heard me. I had to just up get dressed and run out the door without coffee. Thank goodness no one was killed

I have never played into the whole Black Friday thing....I am a late riser and notorious procrastinator...I tend to do all my Christmas shopping the week of Christmas! Lol!
You are a better person than I, my Pisces Friend, for I would have refused to set foot out the door without SOME coffee under my belt!
I'm sorry it was a hectic day for you...
I hope you are having a nice weekend! !

I'm sorry to say this confused Pisces has been under the weather more often than not lately.
Partly perhaps from working so hard on our trailers under pinning. Or, maybe just seasonal allergies.
But I think the most likely causes are those things as well had my age and assorted ailments.
Ohhhhh well, I'm still here and determined to spend the rest of my life here, drinking coffee, gardening and taking naps.

Not finished by a long shot. I need to lay in some dirt against the base of the skirting and gravel the parking lot. Then it'll b ready for winter and I can get to work on the inside. It's livable, but needs lots of cosmetic work. But I've got the rest of my life to work on it. Yays

Oh! ...My misunderstanding!
I hope you won't be loading that gravel to put in the drive! ...surely you can have it delivered, yes!
I have helped load the BF's truck with gravel on an occaision or 2...free stuff off Craigslist...and it sure was no picnic throwing it up into the bed of the truck!
Unloading was easier because we would just push it out of the truck bed where we wanted to spread it out...
Except the time we hauled several wheelbarrows-full of pea gravel into our back yard, to create pathways between our raised gardens.
That was a few years back...I hardly think I could shovel gravel today!
Though...I have to admit that I have surprised myself in my abilities when we were chopping down trees and selling firewood and lifting boxes and furniture into the storage unit when we were evicted!
But then, I forget that I have been lifting Sarah for 34 years and am a little stronger than I give myself credit for!
The rest I chalk up as pure tenacity! Lol!
Take it slow, my Pisces Friend, and don't over-extend yourself!
I don't suppose that Clyde can plow snow from your driveway, huh? Lol!
*waves at Amane* Ha ha! You made a punny!

Funny you should mention rubbing cold hands on me...
Because Sarah isn't very mobile or active, her feet tend to get icy...and she doesn't generate enough of her own heat to get them warm again...so, before I dug out the blowdryer to warm her up, I put each of her ice cold feet on each side of my waist, under my shirt!
Lord love a duck! Talk about ultimate sacrifice for your kid!
But...I got over the shock and her feet warmed up and she slept really well that night!
Hope's mom has a syndrome that causes her hands to be pale and icy at times...its called raynaud's syndrome.raynaud's syndrome

Ummm...I didn't realize it posted the name of the syndrome twice! Sorry!
Yeah...Sarah may have the same syndrome...we just assume it was caused by her lack of activity...
I think I'll ask Sarah's doc the next time we see her.
It is a real syndrome and can cause the same affects as frostbite in severe cases.
