It costs me like $4 to do my laundry here and I have to do it myself!

Well, I got all my stinky laundry done today at the terminal. Even washed my exceptionally stinky clothes twice and bleached my white shirts.

I saw a young lady wearing a Santa Claus outfit tonight with something stuffed under it making her appear to be pregnant. The gist of her outfit must be that Santa impregnated her. As she passed by, I told her she was "way early".

Nope. Not really. I simply added more laundry detergent and selected another wash cycle. I even cleaned my tractor floor and washed my bath mat I use in my tractor.

I haven't dressed up for Halloween since I was a kid. I used to fantasize about attending a Halloween party and going as "Leisure Suit Larry".

But I am a very boring man with no real social life.

I love dressing up, even if it's just to stay at home. XP

Perhaps one day I will gather some loud, plaid polyester from various Goodwill shops and parade myself about one Halloween.

well I didn't wear a costume, but I wore a Halloween-ish black dress with larger sleeves with a belt, stockings, and boots

I seen a couple of girls dressed as witches. I also seen a kid painted green so as to be the Hulk.

I dressed in my normal clothes...jeans and a t-shirt with a skull on it...but I make my face look zombie-fied to greet the trick or treaters.
Hope dressed as Doc McStuffins...a cartoon character that is a girl that pretends to be a vet...Only Hope wanted to be the GHOST of Doc McStuffins, so she got to paint her face white with dark areas around her eyes.
Hope will be 4 years old in December...she did an awesome job of coloring her own face!

Hope made out like a bandit in the treats department! ...I'd ask if I can share, but she is already on sugar overload and finding any way to get into trouble that she can think of...so, I won't even MENTION her candy at this point! Lol!

I'm glad Hope got to go trick or treating. Did you receive many trick or treating kids on the mountain?

Ever hear an Englishman utter, "y'all"? It's quite amusing.

I was at a bbq restaurant in beautiful downtown Clovis, New Mexico recently and there was a young man working there as a waiter. He wasn't my waiter, but he was waiting a table close by. The patrons there engaged him in conversation since he had an English accent. Clovis is in eastern New Mexico about 10 miles from Texas so the Texas twang is still prevalent in that region.

The patrons were joking with the waiter and he joked back. I couldn't ascertain the gist of their bantering completely, but the waiter did jokingly utter the phrase, "y'all".
