Best solution is to lock them in the chambers with all the politicians and bureaucrats then we get rid of 2 problems. Zombies starve because they won't be able to eat any brains they will have some porkers to gnaw on for a while. The politicians or bureaucrats when & if they turn into zombies will turn on each other so they take out each other like they always do.
