"So, who should tempt fate first, you or I?" he asked.

"Tempt fate? You worried?" She asked as she just stepped into the room and looked around with the flashlight as she made her way tot the middle.

"Scared? No. Just worried is all," He admitted before stepping into the room behind her. Something felt different when he stepped into the room though...something...weird.

"Worried about what?" Kisara replied as she looked around as if she was a detective. She was looking for something, but what wasn't clear.

"Well...what if the ghost business and my dream from last night are connected somehow?" he pondered, wondering what exactly she was looking for.

"You are overthinking things." She said hoping it was true. She stopped looking and moved to the center of the room to sit down. "Is that all that's bothering you?"

"That is all that's bothering me honestly," he replied before going next to her and sitting down.

"So... You mentioned someone by the name of... Igor... right?" She asked as she brought her knees to her chest. When sitting it was how she thought as she stared at the floor right before her.

"Yeah. Does that name ring a bell to you? I think there was also a Lucilla? or something like that," he admitted.

"Lu..." She was about to speak when a voice could be heard. The words were not clear but the voice echoed from the distance. It stopped Kisara as she looked towards the door.

Riku heard the sound and turned towards the door, wondering what was going on. "You heard that, right?"

Kisara got up quickly and reached for the door. There was hesitation before she opened it up. Where there was darkness was now an eerie green glow emanating from... nothing really. "No..." She whispered before feeling the world shake around her, She felt her eyes draw to a close. Lullaby?! She thought as she fell to the ground asleep. It wasn't just aimed at her, as Lullaby was hitting both of them at the same time.

"What...what's going on...?" Riku asked as he started feeling sleepy. He hadn't seen what Kisara had seen behind the door, but something told him that it wasn't good. With his energy leaving him, his final thought was if this was what happened to that girl who vanished...

It was hard to say how long both were out, Kisara was the first up and she spent some time trying to wake up Riku. "Hey... Come on, wake up!!" She shouted hoping to of gotten through this time.

"Ugh...no need to shout Kis-chan," Riku said groggily before slowly waking up. "What was that anyways...One moment I'm fine and the next you're passed out by the door and then I pass out myself."

"I don't know. And we are now in the locker room." She didn't want to concern him more than needed. It wouldn't help the situation. The locker room held that same eerie green glow that Kisara had seen with other additions to the madness. A red substance that could be taken as blood was seeping from some of the lockers but not expanding from a pool beneath them. He was laid out on a bench with her crouched beside him. "We need to leave..." She said with worry.

"Right. No argument here..." he stated, quickly wanting out of whatever the hell this was. "And...I don't think I want to know what that is," Riku said before pointing towards the red-like substance coming from the lockers.

"We should try to make our way back to our way back how we entered." She looked around to make sure the door wasn't blocked.

"Well at least the door isn't blocked, but...how are we going to get back there? Something...seems off about this place now, to be honest," he admitted while seeing that the door in front of them was still there. He had a feeling he was going to get a deadpan look from her for saying that last one. However, it seemed as if something was pulling him towards the gym for some reason...

"Not blocked doesn't mean it will open." Kisara stated as she moved to the door and put her hand on it. She pushed it lightly and saw it start to open. "Perfect... We can leave from here."

"Well that's a start," he replied with a sigh of relief. Now the question was how to get out of here, wherever here was...

She opened the door fully but quietly and made her way into the large gym. It was dark, very dark, even with the light from the fog... if that's what you wanted to call it. Despite how quiet her steps would have been, the sound of soft splashing echoed. It was impossible to stay silent but at least they could avoid making too much noise. It was hard to tell what they were stepping in, but it looked like crystal clear water. The perimeter of the gym was pitch black and to avoid bumping into something unsavory she risked stepping into the lighted area more. She said nothing to Riku but only took in the sight around them to commit it to memory. This is new...

Riku wasn't sure what he was feeling as he came through the door, but whatever it was just didn't feel right to him. It wasn't just because it was dark, something that he dealt with before and was now just a childhood fear, but...this darkness felt evil somehow; alive could be a good word to describe it. In fact...it seemed as if the light was calling towards him for some reason or another and slowly made his way towards it. Though there was a voice that seemed to be telling him something as he made his way closer and closer to the light:

'The Closer you get to the Light, the greater your Shadow becomes, but don't be afraid of what you may find waiting within. For sometimes...the things that hide in the light are far more frightening...'

"Stop..." Kisara spoke as she looked around, "I feel like we are being watched..." It wasn't that she could sense it or anything but it was that feeling. That sinking feeling of being watched. All hairs on her body felt like they were standing on end. She hoped it was just her imagination of how the shadows were playing tricks on her eyes. It was clear that voice wasn't heard by her.

"You...didn't hear that?" Riku asked, wondering what was going on before stopping immediately after Kisara said to do so. Something wasn't adding up. First that dream, then this...whatever this was, and now voice only he could hear. It was official; he was clinically insane now.
