Blue cheese crumble is the white speckled bits on some salads you can buy at random places.
Wendy's has it on their Apple Pecan Chicken Salad and in their Chicken BLT Cobb Salad.

Mother tried to get me to like salad when I was a baby. I didn't.

When I was little, it was my grandma who introduced me to salad.
My parents were like, "What's salad?!"

Really? I think it is silly when people try to pretend a food group doesn't exist. Meat and carbs are great and all... but vegetables are delicious.

I remember getting sick eating strawberries when I was picking
some for him for the making of strawberry shortcakes ;p
I never got sent out to do that again. my plot worked

I would love gardening if there were no bugs or worms.

Well you'll never have a garden like that Amane. Bugs and worms are pretty essential to soil and plants.
But i've never been bothered by them myself. I had a garden growing up too Hummy!!
I accidentally started growing pumpkins in the compost section... because we tilled the ground after I threw out my halloween gunk!
Was epic the next year though. Tons of large pumpkins. I was able to give them to friends for Jack o Lanterns.

I kinda like the crawlies... not all of them, mind you, but most.
But then... I also decorate my house in skulls and monster stuffs.

Haha! :3

I like dark and scary things that are also beautiful. I'm afraid of animals, but I'm especially afraid of bugs and dogs. It's really big fear.

I can't say that I understand. I've not really found anything that i'm afraid of.
Though I've worked with enough random people to not find that unheard of.
So no pets at all? Not even blue ones?

Heavens no! I also don't like taking care of anything living. Pet, child, or plant. Virtual "living" things count as well. Haven't tolerated that since Neopets.

Interesting that it even translates to digital/virtual creatures
So you weren't/aren't a Pokemon kid either I take it?

I grew up in the Gameboy era, so I was all about Pokemon, Tetris, Final Fantasy, and Zelda. <3

The sisters. The sisters liked Pokemon. And Sailor Moon, and other anime. They played games from Japan and listened to Japanese music. I was very young and didn't take an interest in any of that, but I acknowledged that it was around.

I certainly had a Gameboy because it was a handheld console and I wasn't allowed to touch the TV consoles without permission.

As a baby, my parents didn't eat very many vegetables.
My mom's idea of "vegetables" was like collard greens cooked in bacon fat with huge pieces of meat mixed in. GROSS!

My grandma was the one who got me interested in salads.

Then when I became a wee one (walking, talking, going to kindergarten) my dad got a juicer and ever since then he's been (somewhat) into vegetables. My mom didn't really eat vegetables until like 2014, when she did a juice fast and it sort of rebooted her taste buds into liking more vegetables.

Then I also introduced my parents to many different vegetables because I wanted to be more healthy.

*eats vegetables* *French fries* Like that?

I've never been a kid who refuses to eat fruits and vegetables. I've always thought they were yummy. I loooved carrot sticks when I was three! We stopped buying them, and that's why I stopped eating them.

I liked vegetables as a kid too!
But my parents were not very healthy, so I didn't eat very healthy. I mean, my mom couldn't cook. (She "could" but everything she made tasted like shit.) So I found that I was eating McDonald's a lot as a kid.

And I always ate the MOST unhealthy stuff at McDonalds.

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but I am so old that when I was a tot, McDonalds used to sell bratwurst. I'd get that with my dad all the time and it was delicious.

McDerples is soooo good. I've only ever gotten chicken nuggets, fries, and a Sprite. And sausage biscuits, eaten without the biscuit and blotted to death to get the grease out.

We do a lot of fast food, impulse eating, and candies. My parents can cook. Quite well. They want to save time, though.

My mom used to try so hard to cook good food.

I feel like I told this story before, but one time my mom made some "chili dogs" and they were awful. But I didn't want to hurt her feelings, so I told her that they tasted great. Then the next day she made double the amount of chili and cooked up extra wieners and made one for me.

I didn't want to eat it, so I sat there and stared at it for hours and hours and my mom said, "Why aren't you eating it?"And I finally had to tell her that it tasted like SHIT and I wasn't going to eat it. She said I should have just been honest with her from the beginning that it tasted awful and that I didn't like it...

So from then on I always told my mom when her food sucked. And that was most of the time...

My daddy's food doesn't smell very appetizing when he cooks, so none of us ever wanted his food. Momma fed us instead.

My mom was a horrible cook when I was young, but she got better once she started dating her second husband.
Mostly because he never bought frozen pre-made foods and if we wanted to eat food, she had to learn to cook. She bought a crap ton of cookbooks. Hahahaha!

I..... I hated Mc Donald's and anything fast food as a kid. I was the bane of my mother's existence. In order to get me to eat, as a tiny child, she had to buy me food from the store that the deli sold. Because I didn't like the taste of most fast food grease.

I'm a little less picky as an adult, but I still prefer fresh cooked foods. Especially raw foods. Vegetables, sushi, fruits, or baked and broiled meats.
