I am too, Hummy. So disappointed.

The lack of communication is the worst part. Somehow it seems that all of the staff has decided to not communicate with us. I just simply don't understand it. I realize life takes over for all of us. I actually realized it all too well. My father goes in for surgery in 2 days period yet if I had the knowledge I would pass it on immediately. I wouldn't let people who have been devoted to the site wonder what's going on. I really can't express how Deeply disappointed I am.

I agree with you hummy -- all we bascially have heard is "Be patient, they're working on it..." BUT it has BEEN MONTHS! WITH NO NEWS other than they're working on it, and we don't know what's going on. And to me, that's not okay, EVERYONE who's on the staff team needs to get better at communicating between themselves and the members.

I do totally get that life happens, I'm barely on here anymore - partly because of the issues, but mostly because of my family - but with something this major -- COMMUNICATION IS KEY and the lack of communication when we are CLEARLY asking again and again for ANYTHING is absurd... I swear if this upcoming update is "They're still working on it..." I may just walk away.

I think most have walked away including staff

OMG I meant to post on your profile, Angie. My mom is totally hooked on the book club deal thing. She never really comes out and says I just love this gift. But she said several times so I would have never read this without this service. I just love you girl!

My computer runs on: Windows
I use this web browser: Chrome
My Problem: Items with multiple appearances are unable to be accessed for use on avatars; when you click on these items, nothing happens.

Received a ping message, clicked on link and it didn't work. It didn't take me to the page at all but came with with an error message: "Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"

Does anyone know why the DAC isn't working? Like how trades were fixed with the item name thing?

Probably the same reason the marketplace and previews aren't working.

I can get previews to work on microsoft edge with the shield off though and it doesn't work for DAC :/ (not saying it's not the same issue but it's sad ;3;)

My Problem: Password reset image verification not showing
I haven't been able to login to my original account for awhile and I really want access to it again. The password reset image verification doesn't show anything for me to click or type or do anything. I have never seen it do anything but have a blue border and text saying "Image Verification". Please help me. :(
