I wish there was a Little Caesar's closer to where I live. There's one a short walk from my workplace, but that does me no good when I'm at home, lol.

I've spent all day sick and spent most of the day trying to get in to see a doctor. After 3 hours at the urgent care center I finally got to see a PA. I have the stomach flu. I wanted some time off of work, but this is not how I want it. Would rather work than have the stomach flu.

I spent another two hours waiting for AAA and they never came. My cousin and his friend came to rescue me, then we went to get a new car battery and the poor auto shop guy had to stand out in 12 degree weather battling a corroded cap to get the old one out. I felt really bad. It's so freaking cold! But now I have a new battery and hopefully won't have to deal with AAA again for a while.

I was lucky I was stranded close to home and family. My friend is stranded out in New Hampshire because AAA told them they were on their own until morning. What the heck!

I hope so too. All I can have today is broth. Tomorrow I can have some rice. Bland diet for the next week.
Well what good is AAA if they never show up?
Poor auto guy. I spend a lot of time with my mechanic. I've known him so long that some years I make him something tasty for Christmas. Didn't get to this year because we were working so much.

Your poor tummy. Bland diet sounds awful.

AAA is very busy as we're having a super duper duper cold snap. Even the news was reporting on how busy they were and people were waiting hours stranded in their cars. Luckily, I was only stuck at home and at work. It could have been worse.

I did think about making some cookies and bringing them to the shop tomorrow, but I don't know if he'd be there.

Drink some Gatorade, if you have any and can keep it down. Bananas will help too. Again, if you can keep them down.
