@Ava - Yeah, it's a nice, light batter that fries crispy, though you have to eat it right away I feel. Still, worth a shot.

@Hummy - Basically just a chicken cutlet breaded with panko, though pork is more the preferred choice for katsu. But I don't eat piggies, so I make chicken katsu....good thing I bought three bottles of tonkatsu sauce recently. :P

its easy to take her and avalei to japanese place they both always get the same thing only difference is rice and katsu sauce

I like teriyaki sauce, but I'm not so sure I want it on my katsu. Mostly when I go to a restaurant and order katsu, I'm getting curry katsu, with a nice delicious curry I can dump all over my chicken. Om nom nom.
