I saw a blue shell up there.

I have an actual teal seashell in real life. And I collect seashells but I can't remember where I got this one from. I can go through the whole jar and tell you where every seashell comes from. Except this one it's really bugging me and it sort of looks like the one goes pastry posted but smaller.

aw, that's so awesome! you should post a pic of your teal seashell! i've got a little seashell collection too, but they're all from the same place, this little island in Boston, MA.

I would if I could find it. I didn't put it in my jar because I didn't want it to get chipped. I can't even remember how I started doing it but if I find the shell from a place that I visit I pick it up and save it. Everybody thinks I'm weird but I don't really care it's a good memory. I even have a piece of Etna from Sicily. It's a little lava rock not a seashell of course. But I do have seashells from Sicily. And they're all in a teal jar, of course, would you expect anything less?
It's cool that they're all from the same location. Do you have them displayed or are they in a jar? I started with mine displayed and then the collection just got too big and so I put it in a jar. Plus with moving so much I'd wind up losing them if they were just left out.

that's so nice!! and of course you have a teal jar. the bits of lava rock sound so cool! i have mine in this round little box that's red with fancy gold decorations on the sides and little gold feet. i also have a crystal collection, and that i do have displayed all spread out on a little shelf. i love crystals, and i just know that one day i'm gonna get too many to be able to display them all. xD

I've never started collecting crystals and geodes and things like that. I do have a teal Crystal. But I'm always afraid that if I get into collecting them I'll go crazy doing it. I watched I forget the name of the show a reality show with Spencer in it. He's such a jerk, but he collects crystals and spends crazy amounts of money on them. But they are really pretty. But I digress...

Just don't get into shell art.
