heck our city 'forgot' to order salt, so their not even saltign and sandign any road that is not a main rode and or in the cops and or mayors section. its annoying as all get out.

I assume it's some sort of icemelt. They mix it in with the salt, and I'm pretty sure it's some abomination of synthetic chemicals....
