It was FABULOUS. We had it outside because our cafeteria is WAY too small to hold the kids and the parents (the program has grown that much in a year!)

I have one parent couple who owns a sound production company and offered to set up an outside sound and light set up for free for the concert (they are 2 of the only parents who like to volunteer and help me out! I have one other parent, besides them, that will help out).

And it was SO AMAZING. the kids were AMAZING!

I got a concussion afterwards though. When we were taking all the sound and light stuff down...a piece of the rigging fell on my head. So yeah...mild concussion. Never told my school because they would have had me go pee in a cup/drug test and insist I fill out a ton of forms...so LOL

star HATES the cold. we are at ZERO.. it is ZERO degrees outside and feels negative thirty because of wind chill.. star got inside and went into a shivering fit.
