I've heard that nightmares are practice for being scared in real life. Personally, my nightmares seem to come from negative emotions.

I had a calmer sleep tonight. I think I'm adjusting to my new divination guides.
I dreamed I had a lucid dream. I have never lucid dreamed. If the divination guides are going to make that happen, but have it just be a dream instead of a dream in a dream, I'm scared but intrigued.

I have dreams in dreams all the time. Well, not that often, actually. But it's a regular thing for me.

I don't think I have ever done that

I also have dreams where I dream I woke up and did things I had to do the next day, then I wake up and I'm like, FUDGE!
