I had an okay christmas with family, and a pretty quiet old years eve. But its good, I had a week break and now resume work half time for the moment

Oh, yes maybe the best part is that we adopted two awesome kittens a few weeks back. They kept us busy too xD

Kitties are fun! Kind of miss having a pet, but there is literally not much space for an animal, so we are waiting until we get a bigger place. Would love to get a pitbull, their personalities are fantastic.

Same here...I blame my neighbor for the fact that I can't have a kitty again, because she doesn't take care of hers. Which has resulted in the landlady going back to her old "no pets" policy...without telling the tenants. I found out from the animal shelter when I applied to adopt a fluffy maine coon boy.

Bummer.

Aww, Maine Coons are the best! So, so fluffy.

I've had a rocky relationship with pitbulls. My roommate dog sits for his last roommate's pitbull every now and again, and she's a scared, stressed old rescue that hates me. I don't know why, and she's glacially warming up to me, at least in theory, but... -shrug-

And then my second cousin had plenty of pitbulls growing up, but they mostly were outside dogs 90% of the time, and were terrifying when I was young.

I want a little lap dog.

ahhh maine coons are adorable! that's a shame you can't get one. :c i'm pretty sure my roommate's cat is at least part maine coon. she's gorgeous.

and Face, sorry about your pitbull struggles. :c i've known some really sweet pitbull mixes, but any animal can become scary after they've been abused or mistreated.

So, so cute. What are their names!? Are they siblings?

We renamed them Calvin & Hobbes.
They were found wandering alone on the streets and then placed together in a temporary foster family till they were strong enough. So not siblings but good friends now :)
