Interesting. Though egg rolls are still definitely different from spring rolls. You can see both side by side in a chinese buffet.

Yeah it's definitely the frying of the shell that's the key difference that I'm aware of. Spring roll shells I think are still fried, but more lightly, and are lighter in color/not as tough.

I caved and got Chinese food, which I'm excited about!

...Well, maybe. I always feel iffy about photographing food, because I don't invest the time and effort to make it look good. I just take a single solitary pic and then I'm done with it!

Plus, takeout food never looks sexy. Not unless I dirty up my own plates and serve it that way, but that just means DISHES.

Oh my gosh, I am literally the opposite. I take a dozen food pics until I'm satisfied and then I go and flick through them and pick the one I like the best XD

I still could probably kick Mikio if there's at least a 2" height difference between us. My body is 98% leg so it's not like I have a long torso preventing my gams from rising for the kick.
