xD Everyone always asks me this.
No, my eyes are naturally medium blue, though at times they tend to look greenish and get REALLY light when I wear black or dark grey. I'm a bit too lazy to try to learn how to edit my pictures. The sun was actually shining right into my eyes on that one, so it may make them look a little more blue than possible.
