@Jelly: First cosplay, actually. :) Second year I'd gone to Otakon, and I figured it'd be even more fun in cosplay. It was. Also good to see you again!
@kya: Y'know, normally I don't like little kids. But that's just adorable.

It's nice to see you, and for a change you're not making fun of me :P
That seems to be a habit of the guys in this thread =O

About you having a fancy, shiny computer, or something. I can go back through the thread and find the evidence! You wrote my name on your hand about something, you might have been being nice then though :ninja:

You can't take me anywhere. I fell on a staff night out before I even got to the taxi. This is the result, as well as a sprained ankle and a cut hand... xD

Thanks for the well wishes all!
*shakes fist at Tegan* Ill Lord of the Pink Hats YOU!
Jelly, we wouldnt make fun of you if you didnt provoke it... most of the time!
Had a good time over in New Zealand, just got back tonight, its now 10pm, and im working in the morning... >_< Not looking forward to that particularly, but hey, they things we do for money eh? Reminds me of this one time i was desperate and i put on a dress and some lipstick and... erm, yes, thats a story for another time i think! :ninja:
On the saturday, we did a MASSIVE hike up a mountain to a hut that my great grandfather helped build WAAAYYY back in the day. 1.4km elevation above sea level, and a total of 10km hiked, 5km each way up and down. Some gnarly stuff in there, almost vertical slopes to traverse, goat paths or no cut path for most of it, just markers to get to the next point on the trail. Never have i done anything like that before! I nearly passed out part way up, was dizzy and light headed, sat down for 5mins or so to one side to catch my breath. But i got extremely sunburnt on my arms, shoulders, neck and face, and even my legs a little bit too, was quite surprising!
After comming back down though, we went back to the place we were staying, showered, rested up, and then that night had my grandmothers 80th birthday party with all the extended family there, most of whom hiked up the mountain with us that day too! Met a lot of new family i never knew i had, and a couple of them seemed ok (for kiwi's! :P )
Anywho, when photos are put up from the trip, ill post some up here because i didnt take any myself since my phone was dead the entire time.

Sounds awesome, Assassin. Though I think oxygen deprivation like that would frighten me, especially as it seems to make a lot of people really sick :o That combined with collapsing muscles and probably heat stroke for me...fun day out

BadJelly, I think i was lucky there, im sick enough as it is... but in a completely different way lol! *whirls finger around ear and crosses eyes, making the crazy gesture* It was pretty intense, and certainly not something id willingly do again in a hurry, but it felt pretty good to have done it. And best of all, unlike everyone else (except maybe the young kids), i wasnt sore the day after, or even that night!
Nuggets, yo' 'stache is sweet man! You should grow some real facial hair i think! Maybe a small goatee? Or a soul patch even? Possibly even some sideburns would suit you too?

I bet it bruised really bad, though, huh? Considering you fell down on them. D: I hate bruises. I have one on my left leg because I constantly hit everything on that one spot. ><;; Its a magnet for pain.

If only I could grow some facial hair
My face is sadly naturally hairless except for a little peach fuzz on my upper lip.

Oh definitely. D; My knees are still cut and bruised, and the swelling has only -just- gone down. I'm accident prone so bruises and pain are not anything new to me. xD I hate bruises too, they take an age to fade on me.

@ Cassette - Haha. I'm so accident prone, too. I can be such a klutz. I find ways to stumble and run into just about anything. I'm shocked that i've never broken anything.
Yikes. I hope that they heal up soon. At least the swelling has gone down.

@Suona: Haha same here, I think it's a miracle that I've not broken anything. The worst I've had was torn ligaments in my hand and the sprain I got in my foot. Which in the grand scheme of things, isn't too bad. C:
Thanks. (: They're still a bit sore to lean on, but moving is a lot easier now. I'm not going to wear heels for a while. xDD
