Yep, as in the card game.
Me, I mostly a white player. But with the Ravinica set, White and Red. Oh gawd, the ravinca set is beautiful!

I never played. My cousin used to be majorly into the game.

My brother used to play that all the time. I was more into D&D personally.

I never really got into anything like that. I did like pokemon... but I only collected because I could never get any of my friends to sit down and play a full game.

Me, I have not played D&D in a while.
The last time I played, my groups kept going a different path, or story, than what the DM wanted. It was entertaining. also, our orginal party did not consist of a Fighter type character. Had 2 Sorccers, a Rouge, A Druid and a Bard. Needless to say one of the characters, the bard, got knocked out but stabled, and me, a sorccer, died.
needless to say i made a fighter, a monk to be exact.

I only recently really got into magic. So a lot of the characters I have are either really old or very new!

I haven't played D&D in a while either. The last time I had a steady gaming crew we played changeling though.

I use to game at least once a week for quite a while.
And then it stopped. Oh, I miss gaming!

My jeans have dissappeared from my inventory. O.o

My husband and I used to be into Yu-Gi-Oh (the card game) when we were younger...it was mostly his thing though, I only enjoyed it while there was only the first set, then the entire thing got out of hand.
Used to play it with friends over pizza and beer XD

We have the complete Blue Eyes White Dragon set, but now that we're not playing anymore we kinda want to sell it to someone who is...
I just have no idea where and how to sell stuff like that!

Aside from going to a game/card store, no.
You can always look online an see how much they are being sold for and see which ones are collectable and worth money.
I had no clue that the Yu-Gi-Oh game was still going.
I mostly just play magic, though I did do Legend of the 5 rings, and the sailor moon CCG. I have almost all the sailor Moon ones.

I think I will send my hubby to a card store then.

In my opinion, they ruined it by re-releasing cards over and over, making up dumb rules that weren't there before, and then all the older players just quit after a while...

I tried ebay, but they're being sold for way too low there...also hard to see what's real and what isn't with all the Chinese knock-offs flying around there O.o

yeah, your best bet is a card store.
Just be warned you most likely will not get anywhere near the price you paid, and will probably get hal to a 1/3 what you can get on the internet from someone who wants X cards or sets.
And yeah, the whole releasing things, there doing that with magic.
With the new one, the just changed the colours with a bunch of the cards. and I heard the screwed over one of my favorite cards. "Congerate" which gives you 2 life for all creatures in play. The new one apparently says only creaures of target player. I think I'm sticking with the old one.

I've never played that before. What's it like? If anyone is still here that is...

I never got into Magic, but my hubby played it for a long time and has a decent collection...
Magic is really big, they have international tournaments and stuff from what I know...

Yeah, I think I will do more online research before going to that card store.
Seeing how those things dropped in price really freaks me out x_x

well, not everything is being re-released. Just many of the older cards that had confusing text, or ablities that was once around but gun, or super powerful cards that cost too little are being time-shifted, with less confsing text or making the ones that cost to little even.
So only very little in the whole un-gawdl sets of magic are being re-released, along with time-spiral has a lot of new cards also.

My group used to go to Dennys and game for hours.

yeah, friends of mine also did that. They would take over a corner, everyone would buy cofffee, and they would go for hours, till the amount of time happened where they had to buy another cup of coffee. I never went.

Normally me and friends either play Blank White Cards or Scrabble at Denny's.

We actually ordered food. XD

So, they really didn't mind us showing up. We also weren't drunken annoyances. We lived near a college campus. It wasn't uncommon for them to get drunken customers.

same here. when i go, we order food. Someone makes a point to at least order coffee and a basket of fries, and always tip.
Our denny's is very much the spot for everyone drunk after the bar, aside from the taco bell.

Yeah, I think I'd go to taco bell if I were drunk though. I dunno. :P

I like some of the stuff Dennys makes. I haven't eaten at one in years though.
