El espinazo del diablo. >D
"The Devil's Backbone"
A spanish film by Guillermo del Toro (guy who directed Pan's Labyrinth).
It basically about a boy who moves into an orphanage
and finds a ghost. :O
It was really good, though.
I definitely recommend watching it if you have the chance. :3
I'd give it 4.5 out of 5.

The last movie i saw was Hellboy II: The Golden Army. I can't wait for the 3 to come out to complete the trilogy. I give this movie based on the rating of my local newspaper 4 out of 5 stars. Writer/director Guillermo del Toro throws everyone another magnificent story.

Last movie I saw was Hancock.
With Will Smith as a superhero, who is hated by everybody in LA where he lives,
because everytime he tries to save someone or catch bad guys, he makes such
a big mess and he's drunk most of the time, it costed the city LA milions of dolars already.
Untill one day, he saves this PR guy, who sees a big hero in him, and has big plans with
him. His son realy likes Hancock, but his wife has her reasons not to...
Nice movie, interesting story line, nice twist at the end, funny jokes, good special effects.
I'd say: 8,5/10.

In Theaters:
Hancock
(Popular movie apperently)Overall i'm not sure how to feel about it. The first half I loved, great twist on the super hero story and aboslutly halarious. The second half sorta through me off though. Not that it was bad just I felt like some of it wasn't explained as well (and fully) as it schould have been. They tried to get alot of complex story lines into to short of time, corse I'm a comic lover myself so I can be rather nit-picky of superhero movies.I'd bet it would be great as a comic book. Still a fun time + Will Smith = Definatly worth seeing.
7.5/10 or 3.5/5
On Video:
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
No this wasn't my first time seeing it. (I was there opening night-in costume) I'm a die-hard Harry Potter fan and I have personaly loved the movies from the start.Even though they do make changes (most of them for logical reasons-ie.cutting the side storys for time reasons) the feel of the story itself is translated well. The only part that galeingly sticks out is the omission of Marietta and having Cho (accidently) betray the DA.However they treat it compationatly and never make her into a villain. The special effects are top notch as always (personaly seeing the Patroni scene was worth the ticket price) and the end battle was spectalular (as my friend said looked like an anime battle-in a good way).Great movie.A must see!
9/10 or 4.5/5

The Great Debaters
I absolutely loved it, it was just...good. At times it was predictable, but nonetheless the characters and the plot drove it forward. It's the typical story of the underdog, however this one has to deal with human rights, and politics. It's good...it has to be Oprah endorsed it.
9.2/10

The last movie I saw in theaters was Get Smart, and I loooved it. xDD It was hilarious, and action packed! I'd probably give it a 4.5 / 5.
The last movie I saw at home was Jumper with Hayden Christensen OO: haven't seen him since star wars, but I was pretty impressed. I think the plot could have been better thought out, but I'd give it a 4/5. :]]

It was quite a refreshing movie, and if you like action, you'll love this. Freakin Badass. The only reason I took a point off was there was a bit of a 'Star Wars' moment that annoyed me. xD;

In cinemas? That was Shutter. The movie had a few boring moments, but overall it's very good and it had a very good twist at the end. Some nice scary moments too. I give it a 4.5/5.

Batman - The Dark Knight.
I give it 10 out of 5. Lols.
What a mind blowing movie
it was non-stop, from start to finish
and each moment, was better than the last
The dark feel to it was superb, and i think it is about time
that a Hero is seen as something more terrifying, and misunderstood
as opposed to having his/her name cleared at the end of the movie
It was such a breath of fresh air, as there have been very few
comic adapted movies, that i have enjoyed as of late.
The cast is absolutely fantastic, the colour of the movie gives a cold atmosphere
It's great to see a villian win one every now and again too. Having a love
story usually for me, dampens a movie - but thankfully it was done with tact
and there wasn't anything placed in there, that made you question it's
justification - such as an over the top raunchy scene between say... Batman and
Rachel. What a breath of fresh air! I look forward to seeing this movie again :)

Sweeney Todd.
1000/5.
Awsomest movie ever!
Maybe I'm so opinionated because I'm in orchestra and the soundtrack was amazing, but I loved the Tim Burton version.
Johnny Depp was awsome as Sweeney, Mrs. Lovett was amazing, and Tobias was perfect!
I even liked Johanna's voice, although a lot of people don't seem to like it.

The Dark Knight (Batman Begins sequel)
5/5
The Joker stole the show with the mind blowing performance from the former Heath Ledger, who would of knew he would be so good for the part? I was disappointed at the fact that it didn't have a back story like it's first, Batman, Begins. I wanted Batman to be faced with more conflict within himself, but the action from the plot takes care of that I guess you can say.
One thing that was disappointing was the lose of one character in the story, it did add more conflict but I would of never guessed it would happen. Overall the story was fantastic, the action was packed, and to see it in IMAX is the way to go! ;)

The Dark Knight, it was really good ^^ a bit morbid for my tastes (i usually don't see things like this) but i saw it because heath is one of my fav aussie actors :)
Lots of great action, unbelieveable and practically impossible CSI-like stuff going on, excellent acting, a few crying moments, but it was a great movie, 5/5 alright ;)
