The last film I've seen in the cinemas (just returned home from seeing it!) is Final Destination. ("The Final Destination", or something, I'm not actually sure!)
I haven't seen the previous films and was only swayed by my friend to go as it has racing in (big fan right here!). When we arrived at the cinema we found out it wasn't going to be in 3D - which, to be honest, ruined the fun of it.
I am planning to watch the film in 3D, as even watching it in 2D, you can tell just how much the 3D-ness of it all adds to the film. Especially seeing as there's a scene were a cinema showing suffers and explosion - with the aid of 3D putting you right in the action would be enough for me to give the film full marks, wow.
Although I've always thought the films lack a plot, which, is true really, seeing as it's just about a bunch of people who should have died dying in weird ways...the lack of a plot really suits the film. It was a good film, better than I'd thought anyway (even if I am a bit biased by the racing scenes, which were love).
so overall I think I'll give the film a 3/5 from my view, but I assure you if I went to see it in 3D I'd easily give it a 4 or a 5. Sadly, the ending was painfully obvious, but, I guess it can't be helped with such a film.

Its the one with Jodie Foster. She makes plains.. Her and her daughter are going to her husbands funeral and the daughter goes missing. No one belivies her and it turns out it was all a plot to frame her.. Idk. XD
It was on tv.
Id give it a.. 3/5 Its pretty good. I wish I could remember the name.

Last Movie Seen in Theaters: Julie & Julia
I ended up going to see it with my mother when she needed a stress reliever and it was a pretty good movie to see if you're in a bad mood. Both Amy Adams and Meryl Streep did a wonderful job with their characters and having seen episodes of Julia Child's cooking show, I really have to comend Meryl Streep on her portrayal of the character. But I do agree with x.Mama.x, the ending was slightly anti-climactic.
Last movie I saw (for reals):
Pi (Or as I like to call it, "The movie no one has heard of"), directed by Daron Aronofsky (who also directed Requiem of a Dream, one of his more well-known films). Seriously, this movie is on my very top list of favorite movies of all time. It has an original story line and a very visually distinct style. Pretty much it proves that lower budget films can still be awesome if you do them right. :]

I saw District Nine, what strikes me interesting about it, besides the fact it's a good movie. Is the fact this plot line could have turned cheesy and stereotypical really fast and it didn't. It was good, a lot of it was unexpected and it makes you think. The heroes aren't perfect (though the villains are all villains), and completely unexpected.
My only thing about District Nine is that it's not for everyone, and not because of plot or genre it's what's in the movie. Between the buckets of gore and the documentary style camera work those who are... not exactly faint of heart but not strong stomached might not want to see it. I do admit after a while I became a bit queasy at the movie, but I think it's mainly from the camera work though the method is also brilliant.
See it at least once though.
I'd say 8/10.

The last movie I saw was Distrubia. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I understand that it was a re-make of Alfred Hitchcock Rear Window, but it barely did it justice. The suspence that was captured by Hitchcock just wasn't there, not to mention the movie was extremely predictable and had elements of "Just another teen movie"
It got me out of an essay for a while, so I give it a 1.5/5 stars!

The Time Travelor's Wife. I would rate it a 7. It was okay, but it wasn't that great. I felt they could have done a lot more with it. It was a good romance movie, but I wouldn't call it the best romance movie ever.

Inglorious Bastards. It wasn't bad, most of the film consisted of talking but the flow of different languages was nice. The action scenes were pretty disturbing though. 5/10

Dragonheart. An excellent movie! 10/10 <3 Really inspiring! I also enjoyed the choice of music. To me, the movie was about loyalty, trust, and hope. ..I just love a movie about things you just don't really see..like ___working alongside___. I thought the special effects were pretty cool too..the stars~ =o Funny movie too! XD ..and the scenery. <3 ..though..I wonder where the movie was set.. Well, I'd have to say Dragonheart is a favorite. :3

The last movie I watched was G.I. Joe. It was pretty good, surprising how there was no swearing or sex in the movie. I watched in in the movie theatre with my friends and there was seven of us in the whole theatre...I think it's deserving of a 7/10. I did like it but at times I was getting bored.

I just finished watching The Fall, I netflixed it based upon the short trailer which explained very little but was visually intriguing. It's about a stunt man in the late 20's in a clergy run hospital suffering from waist down paralysis and sever depression who entertains a little girl, also a patient, with a broken arm by telling her a fantastical story to manipulate her into stealing morphine for him. (Don't worry, I told no more than is in the trailer).
I had the distinct impression through the whole movie that some major information was left on the cutting room floor. The movie is visually stunning but the story was lacking. Curious, I looked up the director and wasn't at all surprised that it was directed by Tarsem Singh, who also directed The Cell, another movie with the same weaknesses and strengths.
I think Singh should leave directing to others and maybe be content with being a visual consultant. It was okay, but I wouldn't take the time to watch it again. 5/10

The last movie I saw was actual Dr. Dolittle. I wasn't feeling so good and randomly drug it out of our movie cupboard...I hadn't seen it in YEARS. It's the newer version with Eddie Murphy, not the original one.
It was actually pretty funny and entertaining, even if some parts were rather cliche or overdone. I think I'd give it a 6 our of ten, worth watching but not something I'd randomly recommend to someone. The hamster in it is hilarious though...

I saw Inglorious Basterds a couple of nights ago, THAT was an awesome movie.
At home I just finished watching the Avatar: The Last Airbender series (so sad it is over!!!). I'm not sure how I feel about the future film but the series was bloody awesome!
... I say 'awesome' way too much sometimes.
