Heroes is sooo awesome! It's the only show that I'll watch on tv each week. :D
I dunno what to think about the second season, honestly, but I have faith in the producers. They pleasantly surprised me with the first season and they didn't disappoint. That's really rare nowadays.
I'm really digging Claire's storyline. She's easily the best character on the show--I'm glad they decided to keep the old cast for this season as well. I think they were originally planning on switching the main cast each season. Of course they couldn't do that though, since the characters were so good. :D

I don't lke her storyline. She's making me too mad. Why can't she understand that she has to hide? And it's almost looks like she's going back to how she was in the first season and hatesdistruts her dad again.
My favorite storyline is surprisingly Mohinder Matt and Molly. I didn't care for Matt too much before and Mohinder was kind of foolish to me.
And obviously I want to see more of Sylar. :D

I still like her storyline, but I totally see what you mean. It's annoying to see her acting so immaturely after all they have been through. I said before in this thread sometimes I just want to shake her!

Oh yeah, I remember reading that, lol. I still want to see what happens with her. I'm not so sure I trust this West character, either. Well, maybe I do like the storyline of hers, I just hope it chnages from my dad's a bad guy and I can't trust him.

Yeah seems like West is bad news. I just don't like him.
I think the reason I'm pissed at Claire for being mad at her dad is because I spent the first half of last season hating HRG too... and then it turns out that he's not so bad after all, and a great father.
He obviously doesn't want to do what he used to do, why can't she see that?!

I know, I went from completely despising him to him being one of my favorite characters! I mean, he took a bullet for her. I know he made mistakes, but he's done the best he could? What should he have done?

Claire's storyline really makes sense to me, actually.
She does understand that she has to hide--she's just stressed out about it. West wasn't really helping there, what with nearly running her over the first day of school (hah, that would've been intesting) and seeing her cut off her toe.
As for distrusting her dad...I think she was willing to accept that he was capturing people who actually seemed to pose a threat: remember that her first impression of the people HRG was tagging are Matt and Ted taking her family hostage. It's not exactly a "we come in peace" move. So Claire can come to terms with him capturing potentially dangerous people, even if she thinks it's wrong.
Then she finds out that he pursued a young teenager/pre-teen whose power isn't even harmful or intrusive like Ted or Matt's. (Flying could be used for potentially harmful activities--but it's not anything that couldn't be done without flying, and it's not like Ted or Matt's, whose powers are automatically, by their very nature, hurtful and invasive.) So this is a lot harder for her to reconcile.

Heroes is the best thing since sliced bread, or er, Torchwood. But seriously, you should watch it from the beginning cos otherwise you completely lose the plot (Like I did with Lost <.<)
I prefer the characters of Peter, Hiro and Isaac because all the females seem so 'ideal'. But Peter Petrelli has to be my favourite...as well as being the hottest thing ever, he's so compassionate.
That sounds so girly...gah.

Yeah, it's true that you have to start from the beginning with Heroes, otherwise it's a lot of confusion. I even watched the first series as it was coming out, and now I'm confused because I've forgotten some of the early stuff that was going on!
My favorite characters are probably Peter, Claire, Hiro, Matt, Mohinder, and Eden. Most of them, I guess because they're idealists...although Eden was manipulative. I liked that.
And even though both girls haven't had much screentime, I liked Charlie and Caitlin. I'm hoping we get to see more of Caitlin!

Ah, I love the show! I can't wait for the next episode tomorrow! I love Hiro, I hope he one day finds a girl that will love him back and not get killed by Sylar or is in love with another guy. Heh Sylar did a stupid move, but it was also her fault for trusting him. I don't trust that Clark Kent look-alike AKA that flying boy. And those Hispanic siblings interest me.

I doubt it. He doesn't know (well at the end of the episode it eludes to him maybe knowing) that her father is the man with the horn rimmed glasses.

No he isn't. He's just trying to stay friends with her. Her dad didn't come up until she said he's the reason she can't, and I he didn't make any reference to HRG after that, except for advising her how to lie well.
It's still possible he's a very clever company agent, but at his age he seems to me more likely to just be a boy who's looking out for his own interests.
Michelle: I think he's a dog, actually. Anyways, if you read the black title page, it mentions that there are all different versions of Kensei's heroics. I think what the artist was doing is showing how in one version Hiro was changed from being Kensei's companion and servant (well, that's how he's presenting himself, anyways) to being Kensei's dog! Poor Hiro, maligned by history...it would be humorous, though, if this was the version Hiro knew from his childhood. (It is interesting that Hiro never mentioned a companion of Kensei--this suggests that the version Hiro learned had no companion, or at least not one that was considered important to Kensei's adventures.)
The glasses on his face are probably just to make it easier for the reader to identify the dog as Hiro. :)

Oooh! Thanks charis ^.^ I never read the black intro page. I'm always way to eager to get to the story that I completely skip the part where they tell you what to expect.
