So...I figured I'll have my own little art thread too and post some of my artwork here... I did it on Gaia, so why not on Menewsha.

Coloringwise I usually do a variety of styles and various degrees of complexity, sometimes simpler Photoshop stuff, sometimes weeks of work in traditional media or in painter.

Since I more or less "killed" my DA account I'm hosting these off my own website.

About my DA account, I've been reading through their TOS and some stuff regarding copyrights was striking me as odd... they seem to reserve the right to use your art once you've uploaded it. I found it so confusing that I decided to take my stuff down again.
I still have the account though, I think I will only use it for fanart in the future...

I'm glad you folks like it! On Gaia I kinda get ignored...which is too bad, because that is the only place where I have a serious item quest going...
(SashSashSash <3333 ...I'd do almost anything for a Sash, including full CG, traditional stuff, multiple pieces....so obsessed)
That's why I never opened a shop on Zan, because I got lucky in winning the orb set from Sinn's contest, and the rest I got myself through foraging like a madwoman...

And Nema, that happens to me too all the time! I guess it's the white hairstyle that we both have! :wink:

Don't worry about being ignored on Gaia. It's so elitist and stuck up there, that it's really hard to break into it unless you're famous and have mindless fandrones following anyway @_@

I was thinking about auctions too, but I am SO SCARED about getting scammed again...that's why I'm a bit hesitant.

Make sure they send the trade before you do the art :O Although I've had my commissioners get banned before they completed the trade D: and I finished the art and it was pretty darn bad.

That sucks! Does that kind of thing happen often?
I'm thinking of maybe letting a mod check out the trade...I'm terrified of botted gold, I wonder if a mod could tell if the stuff in the trade is not botted/stolen?

It's only happened to me about 3 times in the past three years, so not that often. What I also do is do commissions from pretty well known collectors or people I know.
