I've never used yahoo messenger before. Most people I know use msn, so I just use that.

I've always preferred MSN. I used to like Yahoo Chatrooms, but they killed the only chatroom I could find that wasn't infested with cam whores and cybering 12 year olds. The one chat that had a comunity to it :( But MSN killed all chatrooms in England so meh. MSN is a better messenger by far.

Out of those 2, I'd rather use MSNger, but I like Y!M because it's got the music player and that's the mail service I use.
AIM is what I use the most, because it's what everyone else uses... MSN and Yahoo have bigger icons, which I like better, but AIM has more better text and profiles.
I use meebo.com a lot, because I can log into all my screen names on all the different platforms and it's all right there. xD I don't like to have too many programs running, so the browser IM works well for me. :3

I use both but I like MSN a bit better. It just seems more fun or something, and it does look nicer... And I like how you can add people to the same IM instead of having to make some kind of chat room or something.

Um, I have no preference. I have everything (MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ) so that I can talk to anyone. I channel all my accounts through Adium, so that I don't have to have them all the applications open. Adium is awesome stuff, with tons of personalization a such. I enjoy it.

Woah, old topic.
Anyways.
I prefer msn because most of my friends have it.
Actually, all of them do.
I also prefer the big display picture. x'D

Honestly I can't stand MSN ^.^; So I don't use it. Somehow it's just too awkward for me. I prefer Yahoo messenger far more. I also have an AIM account but I almost never use it because the program is so poor... I pretty much only sign on when using meebo.

I like Yahoo best. The only person that I talk to is my husband and he only has Yahoo anyway. Anything else is kind of pointless for me to have, although I do hop onto AIM and MSN every now and then.

AIM>MSN>YIM
Fo sho. xD
I'm an AIM addict, and I only sign onto MSN sparingly. I have 99 buddies on my friendlist for AIM and only 27 on MSN, so I'd rather talk to the majority of my friends. And even when I'm signed onto MSN there are only like 4 people on.
And I just never use YIM. All the people on my list never sign on because most of them don't even have it.

- Honestly, I dislike both. I prefer AOL Instant Messenger. I like to log my chats, and the html documents look really organized and neat. Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger, the last time I checked, leave the chats in pure text. But AIM saves them with the colors and font and text choices.
MSN does have a more attractive message box. Yahoo has games...but yeah, I like AIM's way of making the chats look all nice...

I used to use AIM almost all the time because it's just more neat and it's really nice in organization for role playing and such. I don't even know when I started to use MSN lol! All of a sudden, I found myself using it even more often than before and now most of my friends are on there XD; I love the drawing/pen feature and the emotes heheh. It's still not ideal for RPing, so for that, I still use AIM. :3

I use AIM, Yahoo, and MSN. AIM is for work, Yahoo is for Neo, and MSN is for here. I don't like Yahoo all that much. It crashes a lot on me and that tends to irritate me. If I'm on the corporate network MSN tends to log me off for no real reason which irritates me too, especially if I am in the middle of talking to someone.

Neither, I deleted them as a protest... I don't think there was any point to it tho (deleting it)
I just don't like that way of communicating, it's so forced...
I don't like text-messaging either... It just leads to misunderstandings and money down the drain, and I never really contact people just to contact them.. Unless I have a lot to talk about, I just don't see the point... It's much easier and more personal to call people ^^ And it's good to hear their voice, get an answer straight away, and being able to explain things in a more understandable way, without things being interpreted wrong or completely changed due to the occasional misspelling....
I <3 phones
