I love my WoW so much ^__^
I'm leveling 4 characters at a time currently. 2 on alliance, 2 on horde.
Once one reaches 10 levels up, then I move on to the next. And once that goes up 10 levels, onto the next.. and so on.
Its a system that works for me, because I get to play different classes all the time :)

My characters on Steamwheedle Cartel are Selephrious and Elariane (alliance), and Matricide (horde)... the 4th one hasn't been created yet, because I didn't bother with BC yet and I want to make a blood elf.

(Feel free to add my characters if you play on SWC)

My server is an RP server. 5 years ago when I first started playing (on an old account), there was RP EVERYWHERE and it was tons of fun!! I spent more time socializing than I did playing the game! I even met my now boyfriend through RP. *sighs* I miss those days so much. There was a lot of drama, but I sort of started it. I also came out on top so hah!

Now the server is just like any old normal server with no RP in sight. I wish I could go back 5 years and play it all over again :(

On the bright side, I transferred to Perenolde from Korgath and am enjoying myself more. (Although I am still not raiding properly, grumble-grumble.) I was really feeling down about the game when I last posted. I have the feeling I'd like an RP server even more, but I don't think I have time to maintain two characters. I should still probably give it a try, though.

I did read your other post, and I am always looking for RP whenever I am online. I am usually around Stormwind Mage District, or the hidden courtyard thingy near the Cathedral District.

Wow that's was a crazy coiensidence considering how many servers there are.

I think I'm on a mini burn out. Mostly because I realize the only way to get the rep/achievments I want is to find someone other than my bf to play with...or wait until I'm level 90/do pvp. >.< Also we've been playing Terraria. (very addictive little game)

And JUST when I was about to pass my sister in the achievement points she comes back for more. Oh well. I still have a lot of mounts and other things I have to save for. Still working on the 16k mammoth and 8k mammoth and 14k chopper. Mostly because they have achievements tied to them.

Yea it really does help to play in an active guild. Not only for the social aspect, but it's much easier to make new friends and all the guild perks of a level 25 guild are pretty sweet.

One of the officers in my guild has almost 10k achievement points and jokes about kicking people who try to pass her lol.

I cannot wait to get back on this Wednesday coming! Finally my break is over, I miss all my friends and Azeroth.

3 80's on destromath I don't play anymore though :\ Kinda wish I did so I could get these to 85.

So I haven't updated here lately, but... I am completely and totally obsessed with fishing now! My skill is at 410 after about three weeks building it up outside of raid time and hanging out with Arkkath and my best friend, and I've found it so addicting and relaxing. Well... usually. I only need a single silver coin to complete all the Dalaran fountain coin achievements, and it's driving me crazy!

I finally fished up the Giant Sewer Rat in the Dalaran Sewers yesterday! I wish that I coulda fished in the fountain though, I wouldn't have minded collecting those coins.

Alright, Imma sound really unknowledgable (because i really am not) but... Wow is now free to play till level 20.... o.o
My friend gave me his account and it goes up to Lich King, but it is frozen.
My question is: 1. Can I add a character on this account and play free till lvl 20 or would I have to start a new "free trail" kind of account?
Also, does this actually mean that weather I bought it or not, i now have the burning crusade expansion:

Well, the campaigns go in order, with each expansion adding something new - Burning Crusade added the Draeni and Blood Elf races, and WotLK advanced the maximum level - so if your friend's account is authorized up to WotLK, then he already has Burning Crusade as well. :yes: So don't worry about that!

I believe when an account is suspended due to inactivity, it's counted as a full membership still, so I don't think it'll let you play until up to 20 on it - to be frank, the "free play" has always been a bit lacking. They cap the amount of money you can earn, many features are disabled, and you wouldn't be able to trade among your friend's accounts like you usually could.

If this is your first time playing WoW, I'd start a trial account just to test it out and see how you like it before you buy - but you'll hit level 20 before you know it, and it can be frustrating not to be able to advance past it! :lol:

I tried it out on the trail version a couple of months ago. i had it free for 10days but my boyfriend (ex now) didnt really approve of me playing it and so I divided my time between playing when he wasnt on msn and talking to him when he was... my new bf lives in the middle of nowhere... where their is NO internet connection (bell stick or rogers internet stick is the only thing that works and its super expensive) and he never charges his phone... I Remembered liking the game.. it was pretty fun and with my new computer, i can enjoy all the features (my laptop had everything at below minimum ^^" )

so do u suggest i redo a trial, see if i still like it and then restart a character on my actual full account?

Definitely. Start a new trial. Try out some different classes - for example, even at those low levels, I hate playing mages, but love playing paladins. My best friend is the opposite. You could despise the game as one class or race and adore it as another. The key is finding something you can stick with for 85 levels c:

Level 20 isn't too hard to get to, so don't worry too much about recreating that character on your full account... but yes, I'd definitely say try before you buy, no matter how addicted I am, personally. xP

Ya my last class was some sort of long range with a pet.. i believe it was a Hunter. I dunt like fighting from farrr .... maybe i try a warrior this time :)

Yes, hunters are the only class with pets, unless you count warlocks, who are a magic class.

i just want to get a pretty blood elf :3

My daughter wants to play wow with me. It's cute but, with what people talk about in trade chat... well not for a while.

Trade chat is a dark and evil place.
That being said, you could always just turn off trade chat and put the maturity filter on for her.

/leave trade is your friend. I've done it on all characters but my bank toon, in case of emergencies. Heck, I've even left general chat, too. People make me grumpy. :D I'd be more worried about her when pugging dungeons, to be honest.
