Love the manga, and I really like fanfictions of the manga too. The anime not so much because it doesn't follow the story like to my liking.. I'm picky..meh...

Yes i like Ouran High School Host Club. I have Seen the Anime and Read about have the manga. I thought it was funnier in the anime. I think my favrite are the twins. Most of it would have lost its funny side if they werent there. Besides Takami... whos just...stupid but thats what makes him funny.:D


My favrite episode was the first one where the lightbulbs kept coming on every time one of them figured it out. LOL

I have only read up to volume 9 of the manga because my friend own but now she moved somewhere. I have watch the anime til the end.

Yes. I love Ouran High School Host Club. I just recently finished watching that on a English dub site and I can't get enough of it. Tamaki is not only cute but he is soooo funny. I was astonished to know that Tamaki's English voice is Vic Mignogna who also voices Edward Elric from FMA. But, anyway...Tamaki is sooo cute and funny especially whenever he's around Haruhi. The twins, Hikaru and Kaoru, are just hilarious too...especially when they do their "twincest" as they are called. Honey is too cute and I would just love to pick him up and cuddle him...he is soooo adorable. I like some of Haruhi's reactions with Tamaki and Kyoya whenever they do something funny or something that just annoys Haruhi. I wished that the anime went longer...it would've been cool to see what happens.

I also would like to add that Ouran High School Host Club was really how I got into anime, and FUNimation.
Now I'm a FUNimation and voice actor tard, and I love to cosplay, so yay.

I :heart: both the anime and the manga, but I do sometimes wish to throw the anime into the Sea of Japan. Not only does the English dub kinds suck (I keep seeing Ed, Winry and Roy from FMA when ever Tamaki, Haruhi and Mori talk:headdesk:), it stops like halfway through the manga. In fact, the manga is still being updated!

Wynter, i totally agree with you on the dubs. I can't watch any anime anymore with dubs cause it annoys me to no end. Fortunately I have the entire anime on my comp. subbed so I didn't have to go through the horror that I call dubbed anime.

The only time I thought Haruhi needed to be cuter was at the end. Before that incident Oran was perfect. You guys should actually check out Lunar Anime, which is the fansub group that subbed O.H.S.H.C. I'm the second lowest rank there which is "Homo Side Character". Which I think is hilarious.

i've watched the anime but have not yet tried the manga. i still don't know if i'll try it. which is better? the anime or manga?
i really like the Ouran Host Club in general, and i love the boys, especially Kyouya and the Twins! Kyaaaahhh! The twins are just naughtily sexy and Kouya is just cooly Hot! though get frustrated with the lack of real romance in the anime.

who is your favorite pairing?

for me, i like Kyouya and Haruhi. i think Tamaki's a little easy to be influenced by the people around him, but Kyouya i think is the independent i-can-do-anything-even-without-you type

Okay so in Ouran High School Host Club, the manga version, Mori (Takashi Morinozuka) has a little brother. What chapter does his little brother get introduced?

The whole reason I'm wanting to know about that is cause I wanna write a fanfiction with Mori's little brother, Honey's little brother (Chika if I remember right?), and then an original character lol. I've already got a Mori/OC story on ff.net at the moment and I thought the little brothers story might be fun to do lol.

I read Ouran High School Host Club and own the series. love it! I find it a nice break from all the sci-fi manga and anime I've read. But it's one of my top 15 favorites....

It was an awesome anime and I liked the dub in english I tend to watch anime subbed

God, I love this anime/manga.
My friend got me into it and I've loved it ever since.
I saw the anime before I read the manga, but I prefer the manga.

Next summer, there's an annual anime convention coming to my state, and I'm going.
I'm going to cosplay as Hunny.
I have a pink bunny and everything.

I watched it and I fell in love with it. All the characters are hilarious. That anime kept me in stitches the whole time I was watching it. Tamaki has to be the most hilarious character out of all of them.

"Host Club" is fabulous!! :) I can definitely relate to Haruhi, and Tamaki is so oblivious (and yet very insightful) that it's downright hilarious! I do enjoy Haruhi and Tamaki together, but I do wonder what would happen if Haruhi were to end up with Kyouya...be interesting to see that...

As far as favorite episodes go, "Haruhi in Wonderland" and "The Lobelia Girls' Academy Strike Back" are definitely near the top of that list! Such a good show...I should read the manga...

Frigging hilarious! I think it's great having a harem type anime where the girl just isn't at all interested in dating anywhere.

love it! The anime is great for a shorter version of the story, but the manga version is getting so sad right now.....which is still good of course.
But yea, it's one of my favorite shojos and has made me want to own and operate a host club of my own....I wanna be like Haruhi with Tamaki's coolness XDD I'm their love child! WHOOOOOOO!

last month i saw the entire anime series... i liked it, although it wasn't my favorite, by any means... i had read the manga before so i was a little disappointed with how the anime ended... but it's understandable since the series isn't finished yet...

i totally agree with yamisora... the manga is getting terribly sad... i am a sucker for a happy ending and i really want tamaki and haruhi to have theirs... *sigh*

I have only seen the anime series of Ouran High School Host Club. I'm planning on reading the manga of it. I plan to read a lot of manga since I've mostly watched the anime series only.

I have to say that the Hitachiin twins are my favorite. I like their original Japanese VAs far more then the English VAs they have, even though I love Greg Ayres for doing Kaoru.

I love it! It's so weird because I can't stand cutesy romance manga (or anything really. I hate chick flicks with a passion!), but I absolutely fell in love with this series. Maybe because it pokes fun at romance and stuff and the characters just get you hooked. In any case, the only thing I didn't like about the manga was that "Casanova" XD didn't have as big of a part in the seires as in the manga (though I haven't actually finished the anime yet so I might be jumping the gun on this one). That and some things were cut out (like Lobilia actually being in the seires TWICE in the early stages; etc)

Anway, this series is my guilty pleasure. It's the one girly thing (book/show/movie wise) that I allow myself to induldge in! It's just too hard not to! ;)
