Is anyone up to date with the manga? I just loved the last two chapters *55 & 56*

I watched the series on youtube. and i loved it. i hope more episodes come out because some said that that wasnt the end of the series. i want to read the manga but i'm trying to finish the ones ive already started. so it might take a while for me to get to this one.

LOL i loved that anime, i wish they would make a ova or something more for it. I cant get over Tamaki and his "my cute daughter" talk around Harui. Hunni is so adorabul XD

I've seen it and it's probably my favorite anime ever. I saw that it got top viewed of the day on YouTube a lot, but I wasn't very interested in watching it. Then I saw an AMV of it to Dragostea Din Tei. It was a really bad AMV, but the show still looked good, so I started watching it!

I love everything about the show. My favorite characters are the twins (especially Kaoru) and Nekozawa.

i hope the English dub gives Honey a better voice then the Japanese one...i really dont like Anime version of Honey, he's irritating to me.

i like him in the Manga though, he seems to act more mature and playful.

that voice just...ugh. she was also the voice for Momiji.

really? i hate english dubs.they always suck.for example,naruto's english voice is done by some 30 or 40 year old obese lady. and momiji's voice was beyond adorable. i think that honey is WAY cuter in the anime.

I love Ouran High School Host Club! My favorite characters are the Twins, especially Kaoru. I'm also fond of Honey-chan. ^^

what does a Voice Actor being 40 years old and over-weight. have to do with anything?

she has been voice acting for years. and i think she is good at it. she sounds exactly like the Japanese voice, which is basically the only voice on the show that is exact. while everyone else interprets their own voice for the characters they Voice for.

one thing about me is. i am not an Anime Purist, or some giddy fangirl. i dont label shows as "this sucks" because its in another language.

i can be critical of any language track. Japanese dubs are not automatically better to me because thats its original track. a large part of the time, Japanese dubs can be badly acted, with annoying voices. its not impossible.

yet of course people who are so into watching it because its anime, won't realize it, and take even badly done anime as "Better Than" when it comes to viewing it in another language.


So, of course the character would be "cuter" -because he is now animated. but i (opinion) just find the choice in voice not fitting, his voice is the only one i disliked.
it was chosen for being cute, and i dont feel like it brought out the character.

I think it was the first anime other than [Sailor Moon and Pokemon]that I watched...Hikaru and Karou are my favorite characters >w<

I love it! I've seen it, I haven't read much of the manga except for the first one. I love the anime though.

Favorite character? Um...do the twins count as one person? XD I really like all of the characters, for the most part. The main ones. I think that the characters were well thought out and that the anime was very well done. I wonder if there'll be more episodes! o_o! I wanna see more!

I love Ouran, I'm actually currently rewatching the series. XD

I haven't read the manga yet, but I definitely will someday.

My favourite character is probably Kaoru. Followed by Mori, Haruhi and Hikaru. <3

Haruhi's such a guy's girl. I would've given just about anything to be her in the show. All of the guys in the Host Club luv her and all of the guys are hot!!! Well... maybe not Hunny... but he's cute ^^. Anyways... Kyouya and Tamaki are hilarious... well mostly Tamaki

they're a little bit of everything in my opinion ^^.

Host Club is a great anime/manga! Nekozawa is my favorite character, and I love all the outfits they wear on special days.
Tamaki is hilarious, he makes the show incredibly worthwhile XD

Oh, my favorites are Tamaki, Kaoru, Kyouya, Nekozawa...and that's it I think...

Oh, by the way, why does everyone keep saying Kaoru's gay? He likes Haruhi and hasn't said he likes any guys (ignoring the twin's act for Host Club rofl!) but apparently it said it officially? o-o

Kyouya cracks me up by how he's always calculating the money costs and stuff--I love the chapter/episode where they drag him out to the mall and he's still asleep! rofl

I love this show. It's so creative like how they always surprise me with something completely random yet hilarious. The animation of the show is amazing and the characterization makes everyone so different from each other and I just love when shows make characters so different from one another.

Aieeee. I just finished watching that crack/filler episode, "Haruhi in Wonderland", and...wow. I'm now even more in love with Ouran than I was before. xD It's just so random and so great.

Speaking of the manga...I read that after I watched the anime, and the first thing that struck me was how different the art was. o.o;; I mean, the twins looked completely different. xD;; But I still like it.

I'm even planning o cosplay Hunny-sempai someday xD
I've heard from somewhere that they were planing to make a live-action, but it was almost a year ago already. So I don't think it's actually true.
By the way, I really suggest you to read A Thousand Years of Snow (Sennen no Yuki). This is the fisrt work by mangaka who drew Ouran. Really good one, I must say.

Sennen no Yuki. I think I've heard of that; I didn't realize it was the same manga-ka. That's cool. :3 I'll definitely pick that one up sometime.
