Yeah. :3
So you finished the last book then? That kind of sucks that you didn't know that it was the last one. D:
Did it end good?
I just recently found out that it didn't end the way that I wanted to, and I won't say what I wanted it to end like just in case you didn't read it or someone comes in who is reading it.. Haha ^^;;

The Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide by Douglas Adams. Which includes: The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy; The Restaurant at the End of the Universe; Life, the Universe and Everything; So Long and Thanks for All the Fish; Mostly Harmless; and Young Zaphod Plays It Safe. It's the leather-bound edition that looks like a bible. I've seen the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie but I couldn't make any sense of it and hoping that reading the book will help enlighten some of the finer points I seem to have missed... ^.^;

The Ladies of Grace Adieu by Susanna Clarke
I just started it but it has the same sorta voice and subtle wit as Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, so I think I'll like it. :)

I just picked up Skin Trade by Laurell K. Hamilton. I've read all the other books in the series and I've been chomping at the bits to read this one since I ordered it.

I am currently reading the house night series. I'm on untamed the fourth novel. I have about thirty pages to go. It's an amazing series. It really re establishes your view on vampires again. It definately puts down the whole romantic, sparkle in the sunlgiht twilight put out. I'd consider it's genre adventure with a bit of fantasy. It's amazingly written.

At the moment I'm reading several books [ I read at least one book a day, if not more]. I'm on the Cirque Du' Freak books, but I only got two of those from the library and I'll be finished before the night is over. Then I'll be reading Werewolf Rising. I thought it sounded ok. Then I'll read Secrets of Dripping Fang Book 1 It's a really short book, but it looked ok. I have to go through all my books [about 300] to see which ones I want to take on my trip to Myrtle Beach next week. I'll also have to find other books to read until we get back because I won't have the opportunity to go to the library until then.

I'm not use to them since they are below my reading level....they're like elementary books and I'm not sure why I'm reading them now...:stare: oh well

I'm currently reading The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. It's a great book. One that I can picture perfectly in my mind, which I think is a really good quality in a book.

Exactly. And the bonus? It's helped me write realistic female youths. :angel:
But now I'm reading The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King.

I found his writing to be rather mechanical and lacking in some emotion personally. It was easy to picture what was happening, but it seemed overly structured at points.
I am re-reading the "So you want to be a wizard" series now. Halfway through book 1 now.

I'm reading The Name of the Wind by Patrick Ruthfuss
It was just something I picked up randomly at a convention because he was there and it was cheap. He's a really nice guy, autographed it and talked to me for a while. But I didn't start reading it until recently, and now I'm kinda mad at myself for waiting a year and a half! >.<
Its a great story if you enjoy fantasy novels and I'm really impressed since its the author's first book.

For all that I'm a fan of hers, I find myself rather disinterested in her Sleeping Beauty novels.
