Currently re-reading 'Acheron' by Sherrilyn Kenyon and attempting to read 'Vlad: the last confession' by C.C. Humphreys. It's a little dry in some places but an alright story so far.

I am currently reading the Dragonlance series; The Soulforged to be precise. There are way too many side quests for my tastes, so I'm settling on the main books.
I just finished the Bad Place by Dean Koontz...wow that was pretty odd in a good way....

I am currently re-reading the book titled "Dark Lover." It is the first installment of an ongoing series titled "The Black Dagger Brotherhood," by J.R. Ward. It's a vampire series more aimed for adults rather than teens.

As of now I'm reading Brisingr of the Inheritance Series by Christopher Paolini. I borrowed the book from a friend but it's taking me forever  I'm a little over half way done with it. It's pretty good so far though :3

Well, at the moment I am reading the Fred the Mermaid series by Mary Janice Davidson. It's about A Half Mermaid Half Human named Fred (Fredrika) Bim. She has Green hair & A very bad attitude. It's A Romantic comedy. She is torn between the Prince of the Sea & her coworker. It's 3 volumes long. You should read it if you like Fantasy.:)

Alas, I am caught in the grip of summer reading... *sigh* Though considering my considerable procrastination, it's more accurate to say that I'm attempting to outrun its clutches.
Personally... I've just started Shapeshifter's Quest, which was recommended very highly from a friend, thoug I've not read enough myself to yet form an impression. I'm also in the middle of House of Many Ways (the sequel to Howl's Moving Castle), though it's unfortunately been put on hold...
I stop reading my own books to make time for summer reading, and yet I simply end up using said time in other, unrelated endeavors. Oh, how accurate the Theory of Escape Energy is...

Little People by Tom Holt. I've never read any of his books before, and although it's made me laugh aloud many times, i can't work out if the style, which is a bit repetitive, irritates me or not.

Right now, back and forth between Memoirs of a Geisha and Sense & Sensibility.
Second time reading Memoirs, first time for Sense.
When it comes to Sense, I love the story. But getting through the language can feel a bit tedious at times. Whenever I start feeling a bit frustrated with it, that's when I switch to Memoirs.

I'm reading 'Being Dead'. It's basically just a bunch of ghost stories (That are supposed to be partly truthful, although everyone always seems to add extra details). It's pretty good for the most part except for the fact that the stories are too short for me.

I read in 5th grade too! What grade are you in now?
I liked it alot, but the teacher read it aloud to use so I didn't catch a lot of details so I just decided to buy it. It's a lot better and makes more sense if you read it a second time.

Right now I am in the middle of several books. One is a romance called Sleepless In Scottland. That feeds the female whims in me. I'm also reading The Count of Montie Cristo because I really enjoy classic books. And I'm in the middle of a fantasy series; I have the entire series in one book called The Great Book of Amber.

I'm not usually one for reading multiple books at once, but I realized that college is starting soon and I'm running out of time to enjoy free time! I'm rereading Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z. Brite and A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess. I'm also reading The Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman... The last feels out of place every time I pick it up, but I really want to read it...

I concur! I've been re-reading the entire series lately. (Never knew two new books came out since 'Opal Deception'.)
