timed net card is kind of like... prepaid internet cards? like, depending on how much you pay for it, you'll get a certain amount of time to use the internet XD; once the time's up, then no net anymore ;A; but only in the internet cafe hehehe. i'm at home now. was working on anoni's RL commission, but my brother needed my laptop (where i usually do my artage) to study for his test tomorrow.
