I was actually thinking it should depend on the time zone you put into effect for yourself. Just lock the timezones in place so that no one can mess with them, and if someone ends up moving, they can PM an AA or CM and get the timezone changed for them >.> Like name changes. XD But I don't know if it would actually work or not...

Because they can't change the timezone on their own. They would need someone else to do it for them. and so changing the time zone to be constantly resetting to where ever it happens to be midnight would be out of the question!
